一般托盘用于储存及搬运，现有一种托盘，如公告号为：CN2666825Y的中国实用新型提供的一种托盘,所述的这种托盘含有一个托盘盘面，在托盘盘面的下面固定有支撑，将已有托盘盘面底部固定、至少相邻的两根支撑用连接板连接在一起，制成托盘。该托盘存在着不易堆垛，使用不便的问题。

本实用新型主要是针对现有托盘所存在的不易堆垛，使用不便的问题，提供一种结构简单、使用方便，堆垛平稳工整的专用塑料托盘。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：一种专用塑料托盘，包括托盘本体，所述的托盘本体为上端开口的盒体结构，托盘本体的上端设置有卡钩，托盘本体的下端设置有凹坑，卡钩与凹坑适配。该托盘为盒装，挡住外观不规则形状，增加了美观性。通过卡钩与凹坑的卡接，多个托盘可以平稳的堆垛起来，堆垛平稳工整。
作为优选，所述的托盘本体四方体状，卡钩和凹坑均有四个，四个卡钩分别设置于托盘本体上方的四个角端，四个凹坑分别设置于托盘本体下方的四个角端。卡钩和凹坑均设置四个，堆垛平稳性大大提高。
作为优选，所述的托盘本体底部设置有贯通托盘本体设置的进叉口。当托盘需要搬运时，可使用叉车的叉脚伸入进叉口中，将单层的托盘本体整体举升起来。
作为优选，所述的托盘本体的侧壁上设置有缺口。缺口用于查看托盘内的物品种类及数量，且节省了材料，降低了成本。

如说明书附图1所示，一种专用塑料托盘，包括四方体状的托盘本体1，所述的托盘本体1为上端开口的盒体结构，托盘本体1的上端设置有卡钩2，托盘本体1的下端设置有凹坑3，卡钩2与凹坑3适配，托盘本体1四方体状，卡钩2和凹坑3均有四个，四个卡钩2分别设置于托盘本体1上方的四个角端，四个凹坑3分别设置于托盘本体1下方的四个角端，托盘本体1底部设置有贯通托盘本体1设置的进叉口4，托盘本体1的侧壁上设置有缺口5，托盘本体1采用塑料注塑成型。
塑料托盘底部可四面进叉，互相堆垛，堆垛四层、五层，上下两层之间有定位结构，不互相滑动。堆垛时以四周壁厚为支撑，零件和塑料托盘之间没有相互接触，不磕碰、划伤，保证了零件完整性。
木托盘、普通塑料托盘、专用钢制货架等工位器具一般性使用，摆放零件裸露在外面，不美观。采用专用塑料托盘，保证了摆放零件的美观性。

1. 一种专用塑料托盘，包括托盘本体（1），其特征在于，所述的托盘本体（1）为上端开口的盒体结构，托盘本体（1）的上端设置有卡钩（2），托盘本体（1）的下端设置有凹坑（3），卡钩（2）与凹坑（3）适配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种专用塑料托盘，其特征在于，所述的托盘本体（1）四方体状，卡钩（2）和凹坑（3）均有四个，四个卡钩（2）分别设置于托盘本体（1）上方的四个角端，四个凹坑（3）分别设置于托盘本体（1）下方的四个角端。
