Abstract

本实用新型公开一种一次性硬脑膜下置管引流套件,其包括引流管(1)、引流袋(2),引流套件还设有配合引流管穿置的引导板(3)、引导针(5)。由于引导板有下板的阻隔,避免引流管直接穿刺到脑实质,使穿置引流管更为安全、准确;使用引导针引导引流管,引流管能避开原钻孔开口穿出,可延长埋置引流管时间,既能避免置管时引起继发性脑出血,又能使置管时间得以延长达2周或更长,减少颅内感染的机会。

技术领域
本定用新型涉及外科医疗器械,尤其涉及一种硬脑膜下积液、积血置管的一次性引流装置。
背景技术
医疗临床上,硬脑膜下慢性和亚急性积血及积液是常见的神经外科疾病。现有使用的硬脑膜下置管引流套件,其包括引流管、引流袋。治疗方法是颅外局部钻孔,在孔内穿置入引流管,引流管末端连接引流袋,积液及积血通过引流管收集到引流袋中。但往往实际操作中,由于颅外所钻之孔通常较少,以致放置引流管时,因角度问题常常使所置之引流管直接插入脑实质内,引起脑出血及引流不畅而致手术失败。另外,引流管从钻孔切口直接引出,容易导致颅内感染,造成严重后果。而且引流时间一般不能超过一周,但一周时间往往对部分病例来说是不足够的。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种能方便、准确插入硬脑膜下,减少感染,且能较长时间使用的一次性硬脑膜下置管引流套件。
本实用新型的一种一次性硬脑膜下置管引流套件,其包括引流管、引流袋,引流管末端连接引流袋,其特征在于:引流套件还设有配合引流管放置的引导板,所述的引导板由上板和下板构成,并形成外倾斜L形,上板的下端开设可容置引流管通穿过的缺口。为能更准确放置引流管,所述引导板的下板中央设置凹槽,穿置引流管时可沿该凹槽位置向前推进。
为能延长引流管埋置时间,所述引流套件还设有配合引流管穿置引导针,该引导针为外观J形,其后端与引导管连接,其前端锋利并向上弯曲。当穿置入引流管后,使用引导针在离开钻孔开口3-4cm处,将引流管从头皮下穿出,避免引流管从原钻孔开口处穿出,可延长置管时间,减少感染机会。
本实用新型的一次性硬脑膜下置管引流套件,设有引导板,引流管从引导板上板缺口处穿入,由于有下板的阻隔,避免引流管直接穿刺到脑实质,使放置引流管更为安全、准确;设有引导针,使引流管避开原钻孔开口穿出,可延长埋置引流管时间,既能避免置管时引起继发性脑出血,又能使置管时间得以延长达2周或更长,减少颅内感染的机会。

具体实施方式
参看图1,本实用新型的一次性一种硬脑膜下置管引流套件,其包括引流管1、引流袋2,其中引流管末端连接引流袋,引流管前端开设若干排小孔11,小孔呈对称分布,均匀分布于导流管前端周壁,患者的积液、积血从小孔吸入,通过引流管收集到引流袋中。
参看图2,引导板3的上板31和下板31形成外倾斜L形,上板的下端开设可容置引流管通穿过的缺口33,下板中央由连接处开始设有凹槽34。
参看图3,引导针5为外观J形,其后端51设置若干道凸环,可与引流管1进行卡接连接,其前端52锋利并向上弯曲。
操作方法:取患者仰卧头健侧位,使用常规消毒铺巾于颞部作直切口,切开头皮3-3.5cm、颞肌;钻孔,并将骨孔扩大至1.5×2.0cm2,“+”字切开硬脑膜并提吊之,止血;在孔口放置入引导板,其方向对准欲置管部位,从引导板缺口穿入引流管,轻轻下压引导板推开脑组织,继续置入引流管,并调整深度,直至抽出积液、积血;退出引导板,盖上明胶液绵;用引导针穿插作头皮下遂道,离开钻孔口3-4cm处,从头皮穿出,再用引导针卡接入引流管,带出引流管;固定引流管,缝合颞肌及头皮,连接延长导管及引流袋。由于引流管穿出头皮位置远离钻孔口,可减少感染机会,本实用新型的硬脑膜下置管引流套件是一种一次性使用,可持续引流的引流套件。

1.一种一次性硬脑膜下置管引流套件,其包括引流管(1)、引流袋(2),引流管末端连接引流袋,其特征在于:引流套件还设有配合引流管穿置的引导板(3),所述的引导板由上板(31)和下板(32)构成,并形成外倾斜L形,上板的下端开设可容置引流管通穿过的缺口(33)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性硬脑膜下置管引流套件,其特征在于:所述的引导板(3)的下板(32)中央设置凹槽(34)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一次性硬脑膜下置管引流套件,其特征在于:所述引流套件还设有配合引流管穿置引导针(5),该引导针为外观J形,其后端与引导管连接,其前端锋利并向上弯曲。
