Abstract

感应式自动手纸盒，就是在普通手纸盒的基础上，增加了感应控制器及自动切纸装置，使用时，将手靠近手纸盒，手纸盒就会感应自动向外出纸，并按设定时间弹出切刀，切断手纸；然后在弹簧的拉动下切刀复位，一个工作过程结束；即节约卫生纸，又干净，卫生。

本设计涉及卫生纸盒，特别是一种感应式自动手纸盒。 
背景技术
目前，公共场合的厕所或洗手间的卫生纸盒大部分是手动拽出一截，将其撕断，有 一截要留在外面，以 方便下一位使用，这一截卫生纸接触过上一位的手，且暴露于空气中，容易受潮、变质，变得不卫生，若弃之不用，又造成了浪费。 
发明内容
针对现有卫生纸盒的不足，本设计提供了一种感应式自动手纸盒。 
感应式自动手纸盒，包括盒体、电机、齿轮、感应控制器、切刀、弹簧、电磁线圈、纸管架、主轴；其中，电机与盒体固定连接，小齿轮与电机主轴固定连接，大齿轮与纸管架固定连接，感应控制器固定在盒体下方，主轴与盒体一侧固定连接，纸管架与大齿轮固定连接并绕主轴转动，弹簧一端与切刀固定连接，一端与盒体固定连接，电磁线圈固定在盒体上，切刀与盒体活动连接。

具体实施例
如图1图2所示，手伸到盒体1下时，感应控制器8感应到信号，给电机2发出信号，带动齿轮3转动，从而带动纸管架9绕主轴4转动吐出纸，感应控制器8按设定时间控制纸的长度，给电磁线圈7供给电流，将切刀5弹出接触对面橡皮板将纸切断，然后在弹簧6的拉动下切刀5复位，同时电机2停电，停止吐纸，一个工作过程结束；需要添加纸时，打开盒体1侧盖，将纸圈套在纸管架9上即可。

1.感应式自动手纸盒，其特征在于，包括盒体、电机、齿轮、感应控制器、切刀、弹簧、电磁线圈、纸管架、主轴；其中，电机与盒体固定连接，小齿轮与电机主轴固定连接，大齿轮与纸管架固定连接，感应控制器固定在盒体下方，主轴与盒体一侧固定连接，纸管架与大齿轮固定连接并绕主轴转动，弹簧一端与切刀固定连接，一端与盒体固定连接，电磁线圈固定在盒体上，切刀与盒体活动连接。
