本实用新型属餐具领域,特别是一种不粘食物易清洗,同时又可隔热、防损的碗碟。 
背景技术
目前的碗碟,基本上都是采用陶瓷或者金属材料,粘附食物后不易清洗,特别是用自动洗碗机清洗时,必须耗费大量时间、热水,还要加入昂贵的专用清洗剂才能洗净,不环保,使得洗碗机难以普及。经查中国专利,98233680.2提出了一种不粘餐具的方案,但其仅是简单地在餐具内表面涂覆一层不粘涂层,餐具背面粘附食物的话仍不易清洗,况且当餐具叠放时,粗糙的餐具背面会磨损不粘涂层。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不易粘附食物,易于清洗,同时又可隔热防烫手、防损的碗碟。 
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的: 
首先在碗碟内表面涂覆一层不粘涂层,然后在碗碟背面复合一层硅胶。
本实用新型的优点是:不易粘附食物,易于清洗;背面的硅胶可防烫手,又可隔热,不会烫坏桌面;当碗碟叠放时,柔软的硅胶可防止磨损不粘涂层,也可防止相互碰撞破损。易于清洗的特性使其用于洗碗机时,过程可以很简单,使洗碗机成本大大降低,耗电省,可普及到千家万户。

具体实施方式
如图,本体1采用陶瓷或者金属材料,可做成任何常见碗碟的形状,但为了洗碗机清洗方便起见,内表面尽可能做平缓些。内表面涂覆一层不粘涂层2,可采用特富龙或纳米不粘涂层。背面复合一层硅胶3,之所以选用硅胶,是因为其具有耐高温、无毒、耐油,又具有一定的不粘特性,同时具有良好的弹性、隔热性,适合制作餐具。 
本实用新型适用于家庭、餐厅等场合,配合自动洗碗机减轻清洗餐具劳动强度。
