技术领域
本专利涉及电力系统运用的短路接地线,具体为一种便携式短路接地线。
背景技术
很多年,电力系统运用的短路接地线(高压)均是传统的短路接地线,其组成部件有:接地导线(铜线)、线夹、绝缘杆,110kV以上设备接地端较高,所以接地线组绝缘杆基本都为两节,为了规范存放和搬运方便还采用了包装桶,其缺陷主要有以下两点:
1、保存占用空间大,110kV以上的6支绝缘杆接地线组需要两个包装桶,固定放置与专用货架;
2、使用者,特别是变电站运行人员使用起来非常不方便,主要表现在携带(搬运)不方便。据统计,一组110kV以上的接地线组重量均在25公斤之上,运行人员往返搬运就已经很费劲。
另外,接地线使用完毕其三相接地导线都采用缠绕方式捆附在绝缘杆上,即吃力又不规范。
发明内容
本专利针对以上技术问题,提供一种保存占用空间小、操作方便的便携式短路接地线。
本专利的具体技术方案如下:
便携式短路接地线,由导线端线夹、接地线、接地头夹、绝缘杆、线杆接头、杆线接头组成,其特征在于:导线端线夹设置在接地线一端,接地线另一端设置接地头夹,导线端线夹底设置线杆接头,杆线接头设置在绝缘杆顶,绝缘杆通过杆线接头连接线杆接头。
便携式接地线即采用绝缘杆、接地线分离,不影响接地线主要功能,改固定式绝缘杆为可分离式,实现一杆通用,从而改善使用效果。
