本实用新型涉及一种超导吸热片,应用于太阳能领域。该超导吸热片,包括铝基板,其结构特点是:所述铝基板的下方设置有与铝基板成一体的超导流道,所述铝基板的两侧分别设置有公卡槽和母卡槽,所述超导流道中设置有超导介质。本实用新型具有结构设计合理、热损失少、热效率高、集热速率快、成本低、安全可靠的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种超导吸热片,应用于太阳能领域。 
背景技术
目前在平板太阳能集热器行业领域中常用的吸热板芯基本上都采用条带或者整板焊接上流道组合而成,虽然也采用超导热管,集热效率有所提高,但还是因为结构所限导热效率不是很高,使得流道与水箱热交换效率不高,从面使平板太阳能集热器的优越性不能更好的展现出来。另一方面流道的热量是由吸热板芯通过焊接或者整体压接和超导热管相连传导的,但是由于热管是间接通过热传导传递至主流道的,间接传导势必有热阻产生,所以导热速率较慢,效率比较差,对于吸热板芯的热量吸收有所减少。由于以上两项原因,从而使采用现有技术的集热器有以下几点不足:1、集热速率较慢,传热效率不高;2、热量传导过程中散热损失较大;3、生产成本过高;4、结合不牢固;5、抗冻能力差。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构设计合理、热损失少、热效率高、集热速率快、成本低、安全可靠的超导吸热片。 
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是该超导吸热片,包括铝基板,其结构特点是:所述铝基板的下方设置有与铝基板成一体的超导流道,所述铝基板的两侧分别设置有公卡槽和母卡槽,所述超导流道中设置有超导介质。超导流道一体化的设置,能够有效减少热损失,集热速率也更快。不同超导吸热一体板片的公卡槽和母卡槽互相配合,连接方便、快捷。 
本实用新型所述的铝基板上表面设置有选择性吸热涂层。能够更好的吸收能量。 
本实用新型所述的超导流道的内表面设置有回流槽。回流槽保证了超导液的快速回流。 
本实用新型所述的铝基板的材料为3003防锈铝。 
本实用新型同现有技术相比具有以下优点及效果:设计合理,结构简单,成本低廉,抗冻性能强(--50℃),生产设备投入少,工作效率提高,集热速率快,提高热效率,有效减少热量传导过程中的散热损失。拼装简单、方便,组合灵活,速度快。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本实用新型做进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本实用新型的解释而本实用新型并不局限于以下实施例。 
实施例1:如图1所示,本实施例由铝基板1、超导流道2、选择性吸热涂层3组成,铝基板1和超导流道2为一体化设置,由模具一体挤压成型,材料选用3003防锈铝,正面是选择性吸收涂层3,背面是超导流道2。每片超导吸热片的超导流道2数量根据吸热面积和传热效率进行计算后设置,本实施例设置有一条超导流道2。 
超导流道2中设置有超导介质,在超导流道2中设置有回流槽6。铝基板1的两个边缘分别设置有公卡槽4、母卡槽5,不同超导吸热片靠彼此的公卡槽4和母卡槽5相互配合而连接在一起。 
本实用新型所述超导介质为超导液。 
实施例2:如图2所示,本实施例与实施例1的结构基本一致,不同之处在于,本实施例的超导流道2设置了两组。

3.根据权利要求1所述的超导吸热片,其特征是:所述的超导流道的内表面设置有回流槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超导吸热片,其特征是:所述的铝基板的材料为3003防锈铝。
