本专利涉及五金扳手工具，具体为一种伸缩式套筒梅花扳手。
背景技术
配网带电作业一般接触到带电更换保险及刀闸的时候较多，因为配网都属于城区，螺栓及金具腐蚀较为严重，在施工人员带电更换保险及刀闸时螺栓上桩头都处于带电状态，必须进行绝缘隔离保护，在拆除上下桩头螺栓时作业人员无法将其退松拆除，当螺栓锈蚀严重时使用螺栓松动剂和螺栓粉碎器效果都不行，施工无法进行。当然也不能够动用割枪，因为火花会损坏引线和绝缘毯。在这种情况下一般只能用锯工将其锈蚀螺栓锯掉，但是这种作业法不但速度很慢而且在锯的时候整个锯工都会带电，在相间距离较近的时候会对作业人员造成危险，也会使人非常疲倦。有一种方式为作业时采用梅花扳手强行将其螺栓进行紧断，这种作业即安全又快捷。因为梅花扳手的尺寸大小都是有标准规定的，如遇到12#或以上的螺栓时作业人员在强行紧断时会非常吃力或无法紧断。需要对现有的梅花扳手进行改良。
发明内容
本专利针对以上技术问题，提供一种结构合理、施工省力的伸缩式套筒梅花扳手。
伸缩式套筒梅花扳手，由套圈、扳杆、套管筒组成，其特征在于：套管筒内穿扳杆，扳杆的一头凸出，套圈连接在扳杆另一头，套管筒靠套圈的一侧面向内卷。
在使用中，若不需太大力时间，套管筒不需要拉伸，仅用扳杆的长度即实现转扭的效果。当需要大力扭转时，拉伸套管筒可最多加倍扳杆长度，实现长力臂克服大阻力。
本专利结构简单、适于推广。
