本专利涉及五金扳手工具,具体为一种伸缩式套筒梅花扳手。
背景技术
配网带电作业一般接触到带电更换保险及刀闸的时候较多,因为配网都属于城区,螺栓及金具腐蚀较为严重,在施工人员带电更换保险及刀闸时螺栓上桩头都处于带电状态,必须进行绝缘隔离保护,在拆除上下桩头螺栓时作业人员无法将其退松拆除,当螺栓锈蚀严重时使用螺栓松动剂和螺栓粉碎器效果都不行,施工无法进行。当然也不能够动用割枪,因为火花会损坏引线和绝缘毯。在这种情况下一般只能用锯工将其锈蚀螺栓锯掉,但是这种作业法不但速度很慢而且在锯的时候整个锯工都会带电,在相间距离较近的时候会对作业人员造成危险,也会使人非常疲倦。有一种方式为作业时采用梅花扳手强行将其螺栓进行紧断,这种作业即安全又快捷。因为梅花扳手的尺寸大小都是有标准规定的,如遇到12#或以上的螺栓时作业人员在强行紧断时会非常吃力或无法紧断。需要对现有的梅花扳手进行改良。
发明内容
本专利针对以上技术问题,提供一种结构合理、施工省力的伸缩式套筒梅花扳手。
伸缩式套筒梅花扳手,由套圈、扳杆、套管筒组成,其特征在于:套管筒内穿扳杆,扳杆的一头凸出,套圈连接在扳杆另一头,套管筒靠套圈的一侧面向内卷。
在使用中,若不需太大力时间,套管筒不需要拉伸,仅用扳杆的长度即实现转扭的效果。当需要大力扭转时,拉伸套管筒可最多加倍扳杆长度,实现长力臂克服大阻力。
本专利结构简单、适于推广。
