本实用新型公开了一种卷烟机紧头装置,它包括有一套卷烟机紧头装置,在左导板和右导板之间的平面上外侧半部沿烟丝运行方向分别开有一排通气孔,内剪切盘和外剪切盘上的周边凹槽底部均为平底齐边凹槽。通气孔的孔径为2-4mm,孔条与导板成15~25°夹角。本实用新型在导板之间设置通气孔,并将凹槽由弧形改为平底齐边不但使负压增大,可增加烟丝的吸附力,而且修剪烟丝定位牢固,防止发生飘移,有效地提高烟支质量。

本实用新型涉及切割,特别是一种适用于卷烟生产中,防止卷烟机紧头位置烟条飘移的卷烟机紧头装置。
背景技术:
现有的卷烟机紧头装置,是在内剪切盘和外剪切盘的周边上分别设有六个相互对应剪切凹槽,在内外剪切盘结合部的一侧设有两条平行的导轨,在导轨的另一端安装有与前带轮连接的左右导板。因为内外剪切盘上的凹槽底部都是弧形,并且在左右导板之间是平面设计,所以烟条剪切时易受前带轮的影响,将气流引入紧头装置,使烟条发生飘移,影响烟支的成形质量。
发明内容:
本实用新型目的是提供一种能有效防止烟条飘移、保证烟支质量的卷烟机紧头装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是以如下方式完成的,它包括有一套卷烟机紧头装置,其特征在于:在左导板和右导板之间的平面上外侧半部沿烟丝运行方向分别开有一排通气孔,内剪切盘和外剪切盘上的周边凹槽底部均为平底齐边凹槽。通气孔的孔径为2-4mm,孔条与导板成15~25°夹角。本实用新型在导板之间设置通气孔,并将凹槽由弧形改为平底齐边不但使负压增大,可增加烟丝的吸附力,而且修剪烟丝定位牢固,防止发生飘移,有效地提高烟支质量。

具体实施方式:
结合附图详细描述实施例,如附图所示,本实用新型是在现有技术的基础上进行的改进,主要改进点是在左导板4和右导板5之间的平面上外侧半部沿烟丝运行方向分别开有一排与导板成20°夹角、直径为3-4mm的通气孔6,并且将内剪切盘2和外剪切盘3周边上的凹槽7由弧形改为平底齐边凹槽。安装时将两条导轨1的间距作相应调整,使之与铲丝刀和烟舌尺寸相应。工作时由于有通气孔的补气功能,可根据负压情况开通或堵塞通气孔的数量,增大吸附力,防止烟条飘移。

1.一种卷烟机紧头装置,它包括有一套卷烟机紧头装置,其特征在于:在左导板和右导板之间的平面上外侧半部沿烟丝运行方向分别开有一排通气孔,内剪切盘和外剪切盘上的周边凹槽底部均为平底齐边凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种卷烟机紧头装置,其特征在于:通气孔的孔径为2-4mm,孔条与导板成15~25°夹角。
