本实用新型涉及一种二极管，特别是一种用于微波炉的高压二极管。
背景技术
现有微波炉的变频器上都设置有倍压电路；而倍压电路中最核心的元器件是高压电容和高压二极管，附图1为现有的高压二极管。高压二极管因为功率大，开关速度快等原因，会产生大量的热量，故极易损坏高压二极管，最终导致变频器无输出甚至发热起火。而变频器故障中高压二极管的不良率是最高的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种结构简单合理、制作成本低、散热效果好、使用寿命长、适用范围广的用于微波炉的高压二极管，以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种用于微波炉的高压二极管，包括管脚，其结构特征是管脚上设置有散热片。
所述散热片环设在管脚上。
所述散热片盘绕在管脚上。
所述散热片的一端与管脚相接，散热片的另一端朝外伸展。
所述散热片呈平板状或波纹状。
所述散热片设置在高压二极管左右两侧的管脚上。
本实用新型通过在高压二极管的管脚上设置有散热片，加大高压二极管的散热面积，可极快的将高压二极管的热量散发出去，从而大大降低高压二极管的温度，大大提高变频器性能和寿命。
本实用新型中的散热片的形状、尺寸以及面积等，均可根据不同功率和型号的变频器中的高压二极管，作出相应的调整；其具有结构简单合理、制作成本低、散热效果好、使用寿命长和适用范围广的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
参见图2，本用于微波炉的高压二极管，包括管脚1，在管脚1上设置有散热片2。散热片2的一端与管脚1相接，散热片2的另一端朝外伸展。
散热片2环设在管脚1上。或者，散热片2盘绕在管脚1上。
散热片2呈平板状或波纹状。
散热片2设置在高压二极管左右两侧的管脚1上。
在本实施例中，散热片2为金属散热片，金属散热片具有很好的导热性，可以加大高压二极管的散热面积，使高压二极管的热量持续向外扩散，从而保护高压二极管，提升变频器的使用寿命。根据不同功率和型号的变频器，散热片的面积和形状以及尺寸均可以做出相应的调整。

1.一种用于微波炉的高压二极管，包括管脚(1)，其特征是管脚(1)上设置有散热片(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于微波炉的高压二极管，其特征是所述散热片(2)环设在管脚(1)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于微波炉的高压二极管，其特征是所述散热片(2)盘绕在管脚(1)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于微波炉的高压二极管，其特征是所述散热片(2)的一端与管脚(1)相接，散热片(2)的另一端朝外伸展。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于微波炉的高压二极管，其特征是所述散热片(2)呈平板状或波纹状。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一所述的用于微波炉的高压二极管，其特征是所述散热片(2)设置在高压二极管左右两侧的管脚(1)上。
