Abstract

配出中性导体的IT电力系统绝缘监测装置,设有直流信号源和采样电阻,在IT电力系统配电变压器中性点处串入直流信号源,并且串联一个采样电阻,采样电阻上设有电流测量装置。本实用新型可以用简单的装置对IT电力系统中性导体上的绝缘故障进行监测,并得出具体的接地电阻阻值。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种绝缘监测装置,利用向中性导体注入直流信号源的装置来对系统进行IT电力系统绝缘进行监测的装置。
技术背景
IT电力系统(供电行业内指无中心导体的常用供电系统)必须装设绝缘监测装置,用于实现系统内第一次接地故障的预警。目前IT电力系统相关的绝缘监测产品均只能对相导体上的绝缘劣化进行监测,尚无厂家宣称可对IT电力系统中性导体上的绝缘故障进行监测。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是,提出一种采用向中性导体注入直流信号源的装置来对系统进行绝缘监测的装置。
本实用新型技术方案是,配出中性导体的IT电力系统绝缘监测装置,在IT电力系统配电变压器中性点处串入一个直流信号源DC,电压为V,并且串联一个采样电阻R,采样电阻上设有电流测量装置(可以通过采样电阻电压二端的电压进行测量),测量串联的采样电阻R直流电流I = 的存在并大于某一阈值,则证明某一相的绝缘发生劣化,反应在串联直流电流I = 的变化。IT电力系统正常时,每路的三相导体和中性导体对地的绝缘电阻阻值RA、RB、RC、RN都趋向于无穷大,当某一相的绝缘发生劣化,该相对地绝缘电阻阻值会大幅下降,系统中会产生一个直流故障电流I = ,采样电阻R的端电压会升高。通过监测R的端电压即可对系统中的绝缘劣化情况进行监控,并可通过计算R与故障处接地电阻的比例关系,得出具体的接地电阻阻值。

直流电流I = 的存在并大于某一阈值可以是1-2mA,与IT电力系统的架构有一定关系。
    本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型可以用简单的装置对IT电力系统中性导体上的绝缘故障进行监测,并得出具体的接地电阻阻值。

具体实施方式
如图所示,配出中性导体的IT电力系统绝缘监测装置,在IT电力系统配电变压器中性点处串入一个直流信号源DC,电压为V,并且串联一个采样电阻R,采样电阻上设有电流测量装置,假设中性导体N上发生了绝缘损坏,RN大幅下降,直流注入信号沿中性导体对地绝缘电阻RN,可构成闭合回路,直流电流I = 剧增,采样电阻R上的压降超过整定值时,可触发声光信号报警,并通过计算,在基于工控机或单片机构建的采集系统显示RN大小。
该方案不仅能监测三条相导体上的绝缘情况,同时也可监测中性导体上的绝缘情况。
