本实用新型公开了一种带有滑移灯座的矿用安全帽，它包括安全帽体和灯座，所述的灯座是在一个定位滑道上安装有滑块；定位滑道的外形与安全帽前面的中间轮廓线吻合，并采用双齿道结构；上述的滑块上设有矿灯插入口和双触点，通过双触点与滑道啮合接触。本实用新型在现有矿用安全帽的基础上去掉矿灯插座安装滑道，将矿灯衔铁插入插座。上下推动滑块，即可实现矿灯不同角度的调节。

背景技术
煤矿矿用安全帽作为重要的劳动保护品，在矿井安全生产的过程中发挥了重要的作用。但是在局部的生产实践中又有不足。比如在打设锚杆、锚索时，由于灯头的照射方向是固定朝前的，职工不得不抬头观察钻杆的情况，长时间的工作抬头，加之工作环境的恶劣会对职工的颈椎造成伤害。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是对现有矿用安全帽进行改进，使灯头的照射方向可以变动。
为达上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是，一种带有滑移灯座的矿用安全帽，它包括安全帽体和灯座，其特征在于，所述的灯座是在一个定位滑道上安装有滑块；定位滑道的外形与安全帽前面的中间轮廓线吻合，并采用双齿道结构；上述的滑块上设有矿灯插入口和双触点，通过双触点与滑道啮合接触。
定位滑道与滑块的材质采用工程塑料模具加工，并用高聚酯黏贴在安全帽前面的中间轮廓线上。
本实用新型的优点是：在施工锚杆时，施工人员不需要抬头，只需移动滑块，便可实现矿灯位置的调节，使矿灯朝上照射，施工人员不用强行抬头，只需要转眼球就对顶部进行观察，保护了颈椎。

如图1所示，一种带有滑移灯座的矿用安全帽，它包括安全帽体和灯座，所述的灯座由定位滑道1和滑块2组成，滑块2安装在定位滑道1上；定位滑道1的外形与安全帽前面的中间轮廓线吻合，并采用双齿道4的结构；上述的滑块2上设有矿灯插口3和双触点5，通过双触点5与定位滑道1的双齿道4啮合接触。
本实用新型在现有矿用安全帽的基础上去掉矿灯插座安装滑道，将矿灯衔铁插入插座。上下推动滑块，即可实现矿灯不同角度的调节。
