本实用新型公开了一种多层共挤塑料管材,该管材的管壁至少分为三层,管壁从外至内分别是保护层、支撑层和无毒防腐层,所述的保护层为波纹管结构;保护层、支撑层和防腐层的厚度比是5∶3∶2;保护层的材料为复合PE树脂,支撑层为聚乙烯或发泡后的废塑料,无毒防腐层为ABS树脂或改性ABS树脂或不浸润PE复合树脂。该多层共挤塑料管材的保护层具有耐候性强、防静电、防辐射、反光、强度高等特性。支撑层可以保证管材的抗压、抗弯、抗折等性能,并有效降低成本。无毒防腐层具有无毒、防腐、无二次污染等特性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于节水灌溉、液体输送的管材,尤其涉及一种多层共挤塑料管材。 
背景技术
目前常用的PE管材是单层单种材料、双层两种材料挤出工艺,然而单层、双层材质的PE管材制造加工成本高,并且在输送水或其他液体时,容易受输送介质、自然条件的影响,在使用寿命和输送介质种类上等方面受到局限。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供了一种新型多层共挤塑料管材,该管材由多台挤出机通过多层共挤螺旋模具,最后经口模、芯棒均匀共挤成型工艺而成。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是设计一种多层共挤塑料管材,其特征在于,所述管材的管壁至少分为三层,所述管壁从外至内分别是保护层、支撑层和无毒防腐层,所述的保护层为波纹管结构。 
优选的技术方案是,所述的保护层、支撑层和防腐层的厚度比是5∶3∶2。 
进一步优选的技术方案是,所述的保护层的材料为复合PE树脂,所述的支撑层为聚乙烯或发泡后的废塑料,所述的无毒防腐层为ABS树脂或改性ABS树脂或不浸润PE复合树脂。 
本实用新型的优点和有益效果在于:由于该多层共挤塑料管材采用多种不同化学性能、不同价格材料共挤而成,具有以下优点: 
1、保护层可使用复合PE树脂层覆盖包裹,并建起支撑波纹管状, 使其具有耐候性强、防静电、防辐射、反光、强度高等特性。 
2、支撑层可采用聚乙烯或者废塑料发泡后再生的原料作为主要支撑结构,可以保证管材的抗压、抗弯、抗折等性能,并有效降低成本。 
3、无毒防腐层可选用ABS树脂,也可以由薄薄一层的耐腐蚀、不浸润PE复合树脂覆盖形成,具有无毒、防腐、无二次污染等特性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本实用新型的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本实用新型的保护范围。 
如图1所示,本实用新型是一种多层共挤塑料管材,该管材为三层共挤塑料管材,三层中的外层为PE塑料保护层,该层为波纹管结构,该保护层1具有耐候性强、双抗性强,可使管材使用范围广泛,使用条件宽松。 
支撑层2为三层共挤PE管材的中间层,采用再生原料形成支撑结构,可使制造商制造成本降低,同时也使用户使用成本降低。 
无毒防腐层3为三层共挤PE管材的内层,为防腐和不浸润层,使输送液体、水资源流体摩擦力更小,极大提高传输效率,降低传输能量损耗。 
综上,本实用新型三层共挤PE管材可以降低用户使用成本,拓展了管材本身的使用范围和条件。

1.一种多层共挤塑料管材,其特征在于,所述管材的管壁至少分为三层,所述管壁从外至内分别是保护层、支撑层和无毒防腐层,所述的保护层为波纹管结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的多层共挤塑料管材,其特征在于,所述的保护层、支撑层和防腐层的厚度比是5∶3∶2。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的多层共挤塑料管材,其特征在于,所述的保护层的材料为复合PE树脂,所述的支撑层为聚乙烯或发泡后的废塑料,所述的无毒防腐层为ABS树脂或改性ABS树脂或不浸润PE复合树脂。
