本实用新型涉及一种引流线固定装置,该固定装置用于耐张杆塔上的高压输电线路上。
背景技术
引渡线是安装于耐张杆塔上,其作用是对两个耐张段之间进行电气连接,主要承担输电线路的负荷。垂直双分裂跳线上的上引流线需要绕过下引渡线及连接固定下引流线的耐张金具,在使用过程中,由于风的作用,会使上引流线与下引流线的耐张金具之间产生接触,从而造成上引流线断股,影响输电线路的安全运行。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足提供一种用于耐张杆塔上的高压输电线路引流线固定装置。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于耐张杆塔上的高压输电线路引流线固定装置,包括U型连接架,U型连接架由钢筋折弯而成的,包括立柱和与立柱连接为一体的上柱和下柱在下柱上设置有线夹,线夹上设置有锁紧螺栓,在上柱上设置有外螺纹。
上述用于耐张杆塔上的高压输电线路引流线固定装置,所述线夹的内环内设置有环形橡胶层。
采用上述技术方案,本实用新型有以下优点:将本实用新型U型连接架的上柱与下引流线的耐张金具通过螺母固定在一起,上引流线穿过线夹,通过U型连接架和固定在U型连接架下柱上的线夹,使上引流线与下引流线的耐张金具之间在保持一定间距的情况下进行固定,避免上引流线与下引流线的耐张金具之间间距过小而产生的摩擦断股的现象。另一方面由于在线夹内环内设置有橡胶层,使上引流线与线夹之间连接牢固,同时起到防止震动使上引流线与线夹连接处产生断股现象的发生。本实用新制作成本低,只需要用废弃的钢筋按实际需要折弯出U型连接架,立柱、上柱和下柱的长度均可以根据实际需要制成不同的长度,在上柱上车出外螺纹,将下引流线金具上钻一通过上柱的孔,将下柱上固定焊接一线夹便可。本实用新型结构简单,制作成本低,安装方便,可有效解决和防止上引流线断股现象的发生。

    如图1所示的一种用于耐张杆塔上的高压输电线路引流线固定装置,包括U型连接架,U型连接架由钢筋折弯而成的,包括立柱4和与立柱4连接为一体的上柱1和下柱5,上柱1上设置有外螺纹,在下柱5上设置有线夹6,线夹6上设置有锁紧螺栓9, 锁紧螺栓9通过线夹端部10由螺母11锁紧,在所述线夹6的内环内设置有环形橡胶层7。使用时,将本实用新型U型连接架的上柱1与下引流线的耐张金具2通过螺母3固定在一起,上引流线8穿过线夹6,通过U型连接架和固定在U型连接架下柱上的线夹6,使上引流线与下引流线的耐张金具之间在保持一定间距的情况下进行固定,避免上引流线与下引流线的耐张金具之间间距过小而产生的摩擦断股的现象。另一方面由于在线夹内环内设置有橡胶层7,使上引流线8与线夹6之间连接牢固,同时起到防止震动使上引流线与线夹连接处产生断股现象的发生。

1.一种用于耐张杆塔上的高压输电线路引流线固定装置,其特征在于:包括U型连接架,U型连接架由钢筋折弯而成的,包括立柱(4)和与立柱(4)连接为一体的上柱(1)和下柱(5),在上柱(1)上设置有外螺纹,在下柱(5)上设置有线夹(6),线夹(6)上设置有锁紧螺栓(9)。
