本实用新型公开了一种舰船用轻型柔软消磁电缆,采用细软铜丝复合绞合构成电缆导体,所述导体外采用绕包带绕包有隔离层,在隔离层外绕包有阻水带;在所述阻水带外依次挤包有硅橡胶绝缘层、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体护套层。本实用新型电缆满足外径小、重量轻、载流量大,超柔软、敷设方便的要求,保障现代舰船达到高标准的无磁化的性能要求。

本实用新型涉及一种舰船用轻型柔软消磁电缆,属于电线电缆技术领域。
背景技术:
舰船用消磁电缆和普通电缆相比有很大区别,由于脉冲电流很大,所以要有足够的截面积以保证安全,但是为了方便在被消磁的舰船上的敷设,尺寸又不能做得太大,而且要做得比较柔软,才能把电缆一圈圈绕到船上。目前,舰船用消磁电缆国内大多采用交联聚乙烯或乙丙橡胶绝缘,这类绝缘材料不耐高温,制约了电缆载流量,以致导体截面大、体积大、重量大、不柔软,敷设极不方便。随着现代舰船向高科技方向的快速发展,舰船的吨位逐渐增加,传统的消磁电缆逐渐不能满足要求,同时国外高性能消磁电缆进口,对国内生产的消磁电缆提出了更为严格的高性能要求。
发明内容:
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种舰船用轻型柔软消磁电缆,以满足电缆外径小、重量轻、载流量大,超柔软、敷设方便的要求,以保障现代舰船达到高标准的无磁化的性能要求。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
舰船用轻型柔软消磁电缆,采用细软铜丝复合绞合构成电缆导体,所述导体外采用绕包带绕包有隔离层,在隔离层外绕包有阻水带;
在所述阻水带外依次挤包有硅橡胶绝缘层、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体护套层。
与已有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果体现在:
1、本实用新型电缆的绝缘层和护套层分别选择硅橡胶和热塑性聚氨酯弹性体材料,选用耐高温材料,可使耐温等级提高,相同截面载流量更大,相同载流量截面更小,有效地减小了外径和体积、减轻了重量的要求。
2、本实用新型导体采用极细软铜导体经复合绞合,绝缘层选择高弹性体硅橡胶材料,有效地提高了柔韧性,达到超柔软目的,方便了敷设的要求。
3、本实用新型设置了绕包阻水带,具有良好的防水、耐腐蚀性能,使得电缆整体防潮防化学溶剂浸渍的能力极为优异。
4、本实用新型护套层选择高耐磨热塑性聚氨酯弹性体材料,达到阻燃、耐磨、耐低温、高强度、抗冲击、耐剪切性能。
5.本实用新型由于设置了极细软内导体,增强了韧性,提高了抗断裂的能力,大大降低了某束导体断裂不导通的几率,提高了电缆安全可靠性。

实施例:参见图1、2,本实施例的舰船用轻型柔软消磁电缆,其采用细软铜丝复合绞合构成电缆导体1,在导体1外采用绕包带绕包有隔离层2,在隔离层2外绕包有阻水带3;在阻水带3外依次挤包有硅橡胶绝缘层4和热塑性聚氨酯弹性体护套层5。
具体实施中,多股导体1是采用极细软铜丝复合绞合结构,隔离层2是采用无卤耐高温复合绕包带,绝缘层4是以耐高温硅橡胶材料,护套层5是以高阻燃热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU材料)为材质。

1.舰船用轻型柔软消磁电缆,其特征是采用细软铜丝复合绞合构成电缆导体(1),所述导体(1)外采用绕包带绕包有隔离层(2),在隔离层(2)外绕包有阻水带(3);
在所述阻水带(3)外依次挤包有硅橡胶绝缘层(4)、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体护套层(5)。
