本实用新型涉及锅炉、压力容器领域,具体地讲是一种蒸汽蓄能罐。
背景技术
通过锅炉产生的蒸汽给设备供能,一般小锅炉是直接将锅炉与设备连通,从而将蒸汽直接输送给设备,但是对于大型锅炉由于其容量和气压相对较高,使用时需要连接蒸汽蓄能罐,并通过蒸汽蓄能罐给设备供能。现有技术的蒸汽蓄能罐包括容器本体,所述的容器本体上设有蒸汽进口和蒸汽出口,所述的蒸汽进口是用于与锅炉连接的,所述的蒸汽出口是用于与设备连接的,由于在蒸汽出口不仅要设置连接管,同时还要对出来的蒸汽作除水处理,因此需要设置一个容器分体用于安装接管和除水结构,而上述现有技术的容器分体是设置在容器本体外的,不仅成本高,而且也不便于运输。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,提供一种成本低、且便于运输的蒸汽蓄能罐。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是,提供一种以下结构的蒸汽蓄能罐,包括容器本体和容器分体,所述的容器本体上设有蒸汽进口管和蒸汽出口管,所述的蒸汽出口管安装在容器分体中;所述的容器分体内置于容器本体内,并固定于容器本体的内顶面上。
采用以上结构,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:采用本实用新型结构,蒸汽从锅炉通过蒸汽进口管进入容器本体,然后从容器分体中的蒸汽出口管给设备供能,由于采用内置式的容器分体,不仅生产成本低,而且便于整台设备的运输,同时也方便了产品的安装和使用。

如图所示,本实用新型的蒸汽蓄能罐,包括容器本体1和容器分体2,所述的容器本体1上设有蒸汽进口管3和蒸汽出口管4,所述的蒸汽出口管4安装在容器分体2中;所述的容器分体2内置于容器本体1内,并固定于容器本体1的内顶面上。
容器分体在附图中用虚线表示,另外在容器分体和蒸汽出口管内还设有除水结构,由于不是本产品的发明要点,故图中未显示。
