本实用新型是一种自然循环分体太阳能热水器,系统由太阳能集热器、承压水箱、紫铜小内胆、进出水口等部分组成,其特征是,承压水箱内的小内胆采用紫铜材质,圆柱形,空心,60mm的直径,高度与水箱内胆一样高,注液口位于小内胆上方,这样设计既方便了安装人员加介质,也增大了换热介质与水箱内水的接触面积,保证小内胆内的工质与水箱内的水充分、快速换热,提高太阳能的利用率,提高水箱内的水温。

(一)技术领域:
本实用新型涉及太阳能热水器领域。 
(二)背景技术:
目前,传统的自然循环分体太阳能热水器都存在一个普遍的问题,就是由于小内胆的换热面积比较小或换热方式的不科学,要么太短太粗,要么太长太细,都不能使小内胆里的工质与承压水箱内的水进行充分换热,太阳能集热器的热量不能被承压水箱里的水充分吸收,导致分体太阳能热水器的水温一起提高不起来,给传统分体太阳能热水器的普及与推广造成了一定的障碍。 
(三)实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是采用高度与水箱内胆一样高的换热小内胆,注液口位于小内胆上方,保证小内胆内的工质与水箱内的水充分换热,提高太阳能的利用率,提高水箱内水的水温。 
本实用新型采用下述技术方案:一种小内胆式自然循环分体太阳能热水器,系统由太阳能集热器、承压水箱两大部分组成,其特征是,承压水箱内的小内胆采用紫铜材质,60mm的直径,高度与水箱内胆一样高,注液口位于小内胆上方,保证小内胆内的工质与水箱内的水充分换热,提高太阳能的利用率,提高水箱内水的水温。 
本实用新型在原有分体太阳能热水器的基础上,使小内胆的长度与承压水箱 的长度一样长,提高了小内胆内的工质与承压水箱内的水的换热面积,从而大大提高分体太阳能热水器对太阳能的利用率,提高分体太阳能热水器的水温。

图2是小内胆式自然循环分体太阳能热水器承压水箱结构图。图中1.换热小内胆,2.出水口,3.进水口,4.循环进口,5.循环出口,6.注液口,7.电加热。 
(五)具体实施方式:
图1中,承压水箱8与太阳能集热器9相连,小内胆直径60mm,与水箱一样的高度,增加了小内胆的长度,提高了小内胆内的工质与水箱内水的换热面积。 
在图2中,用直径60mm,与水箱一样高度小内胆1置于图1中的承压水箱1中,竖起放置,增加了小内胆的长度,提高了小内胆内的工质与水箱内水的换热面积。再将图1中的承压水箱1与太阳能集热器2相连,就构成了小内胆式自然循环分体太阳能热水器。
