本实用新型涉及一种新型的用于大型发声设备的消音器，具体涉及一种消音装置。
背景技术：
在航空发动机试验台、风洞试验台等大型设备工作时噪声的污染非常严重，给实验操作人员造成一定的伤害、甚至造成耳聋的终身不可逆转的残疾，因此必须进行消音处理。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够消除航空发动机试验台、风洞试验台等大型设备工作时噪声污染的消音装置。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现：
一种消音装置,其组成包括：外壳，所述的外壳内装有一对具有矩形管骨架的扣板，所述的矩形管骨架与所述的扣板之间通过铆钉连接并用压条固定，所述的扣板具有固定孔，带有微孔的消音管插入所述的固定孔内，所述的消音管之间装有非金属吸音材料层。
所述的消音装置,所述的外壳包括外壳进口和外壳出口，所述的外壳进口和外壳出口上装有连接法兰，所述的固定孔周围具有翻边，所述的翻边与所述的消音管紧密配合，所述的固定孔上装有拉帽，所述的拉帽与所述的消音管固定在一起，所述的扣板之间通过压条连接固定。
所述的消音装置,所述的吸音材料层为玻璃丝棉层或岩棉层或硅酸铝层或发泡塑料层或上述几种材料的混合层。
有益效果：
1.本实用新型扣板与骨架之间利用铆钉和压条连接，使结构稳固，并且美观大方，而且有效地防止了铆钉的脱落，增加使用寿命。
2.本实用新型扣板的固定孔周围的翻边将消音管套在其外面，明显降低了流体的阻力，避免了强度过大的噪声流体的冲击，强化了降低噪声的效果。
3.本实用新型采用的消音管的微孔和吸音材料层分散和消除了高分贝的噪音。
4.本实用新型采用的拉帽装置、铆钉上扣压条，能够使连接结构更加稳固、可靠，本产品结构简单、成本低减低噪音效果好。
