本实用新型涉及一种温度监控装置,特别适用于高频开关电源。目前由于直流系统高频开关电源没有考虑到其散热系统故障的问题,有时会发生超高温损坏,而散热系统故障中又以风扇电源故障居多。本实用新型公开一种高频开关电源温度监控装置,由温度继电器、中间继电器和信号模块组成。温度继电器安放在高频开关电源柜内,中间继电器的线圈串接在高频开关电源散热系统的风扇电源回路中。本实用新型以很低的成本,解决高频开关电源发生超高温损坏的问题,又能提醒风扇电源故障,减轻维修工作量。

本实用新型涉及一种温度监控装置,特别适用于高频开关电源柜。 
背景技术
直流系统高频开关电源已电力系统中普遍应用的,高频开关电源散热系统的处理方式一般是加装风扇进行温控风冷,由于没有考虑到其散热系统故障后的问题,所以在夏季运行时,有时会发生超高温损坏,大都是高频开关电源风冷系统损坏导致电源内部温度过高而烧损,而在散热系统故障中又以风扇电源故障居多。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为低成本解决上述问题,提供一种高频开关电源温度监控装置。 
本实用新型的技术方案是一种高频开关电源温度监控装置,其特征在于:温度继电器的常开触点和中间继电器的常闭触点分别与信号模块相连。温度继电器安放在高频开关电源柜内,中间继电器的线圈串接在高频开关电源散热系统的风扇电源回路中。本实用新型的实施时信号模块即可采用接入变电站常规中央信号系统中的方式,又可作为开关量输入变电站综合控制系统中的方式。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:以很低的成本,解决高频开关电源发生超高温损坏的问题,又能提醒风扇电源故障,减轻维修工作量。

具体实施方式
参照附图,本实用新型的实施方式为当高频开关电源柜内部温度超过设定值时,温度继电器动作,温度继电器的常开触点闭合,通过信号模块发出高频开关电源柜内部温度超标信号;当工作人员处理后,温度继电器恢复,温度继电器的常开触点断开,高频开关电源柜内部温度超标信号消失。当发生高频开关电源散热系统的风扇电源回路故障时,使中间断电器的线圈失电,中间断电器的常闭触点闭合,通过信号模块发出高频开关电源柜风扇电源回路故障信号;当工作人员处理后,风扇电源回路故障消除,使中间断电器的线圈导通,中间断电器的常闭触点断开,高频开关电源柜风扇电源回路故障信号消失。 
当环境温度较高时,若温度超标信号和风扇电源故障信号同时出现,则提醒工作人员是风扇电源故障引起的温度超标,反之是散热系统其它部分故障。当环境温度较低时,出现风扇电源故障及时提醒工作人员维修。 
本实用新型的实施时,信号模块即可采用接入变电站常规中央信号系统中的方式,通过中央信号系统的闪灯和警铃提醒变电站运行人员;又可作为开关量输入变电站综合控制系统中的方式,通过计算机界面和声音提醒变电站运行人员或远方的监控人员。 
除上述实施例外,本实用新型还可以有其它实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形式的技术方案,均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围。

1.一种高频开关电源温度监控装置,其特征在于:温度继电器的常开触点和中间继电器的常闭触点分别与信号模块相连;温度继电器安放在高频开关电源柜内,中间继电器的线圈串接在高频开关电源散热系统的风扇电源回路中。
2.如权利要求1所述的高频开关电源温度监控装置,其特征在于:其所述的信号模块与变电站常规中央信号系统相连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的高频开关电源温度监控装置,其特征在于:其所述的信号模块与变电站综合控制系统相连接。
