本实用新型涉及一种土工膜对接结构,特别涉及一种HDPE土工膜双焊接对接结构。
背景技术
膜结构是建筑领域非常重要的建筑材料,是一种高分子聚酯纤维,特点为具有弹性,可以在一定范围内进行拉伸,但是同时其强度低、易老化,自洁能力不高,应用的广泛性不高。
现有的进行膜结构的连接通常采用热熔焊接连接,将两片需要搭接的膜结构进行加热,然后按照尺寸进行搭接,在已选择的焊缝进行焊接,焊接结束后进行焊缝检查,达到标准后继续进行下一个搭接结构的热熔焊接。
HDPE土工膜具有较高的耐热性能,应用广泛,适合热熔焊接工艺对接,但是,缺点是焊缝容易撕裂,不容易修补,造成原料浪费,成本较高。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种HDPE土工膜双焊接对接结构,焊缝不易撕裂,焊接后膜结构平整,能达到高强度的剪切和剥离。
本实用新型是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
一种HDPE土工膜双焊接对接结构,包括互相搭接的上片土工膜和下片土工膜,所述两片土工膜的搭接位的中部具有中空腔,所述中空腔两端部具有焊缝。
所述中空腔内部填充压缩空气,压缩空气起到一个缓冲作用,在其焊接结束后进行尺寸整理或者剪切和剥离HDPE土工膜时,不易撕裂焊缝。
所述两片土工膜的搭接位长度大于所述中空腔和两个焊缝的总长度。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
1、HDPE土工膜的对接位置更为平整,不易破损;
2、对接后的HDPE土工膜具有高抗拉强度,不易撕裂,不易破损,无需经常修补,降低使用成本。

以下结合附图,对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如图1,是本实用新型一种HDPE土工膜双焊接对接结构的示意图,包括互相搭接的上片土工膜61和下片土工膜62,通常这种HDPE土工膜的搭接位长度都大于200mm,选好搭接位后进行位置清理,清理后继续调节位置,然后将上片土工膜61和下片土工膜62进行热熔,热熔结束后准备焊接,在两片土工膜的搭接位的中部具有中空腔17所述中空腔17两端部具有焊缝15和16。如图所示,两片土工膜的搭接位长度大于所述中空腔17和两个焊缝15和16的总长度。中空腔17内部填充压缩空气,压缩空气起到一个缓冲作用,然后在焊缝15和16处进行焊接。
采用这种对接结构,在其焊接结束后进行尺寸整理或者剪切和剥离HDPE土工膜时,不易撕裂焊缝。

1.一种HDPE土工膜双焊接对接结构,包括互相搭接的上片土工膜和下片土工膜,其特征在于所述两片土工膜的搭接位的中部具有中空腔,所述中空腔两端部具有焊缝。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种HDPE土工膜双焊接对接结构,其特征在于所述两片土工膜的搭接位长度大于所述中空腔和两个焊缝的总长度。
