一种水上运输装置动力电池组吊笼式定位及更换机构,包括母体船、动力电池组子船体,其特征在于:在母体船上设有吊笼机构,动力电池组子船体可从水中进出吊笼机构内,并随吊笼机构上下运动定位。本实用新型结构合理,电池的定位及更换都较方便,且不会产生水阻力,特别适合吨位较大的双体船使用。

本实用新型涉及一种机构,特别是一种水上运输装置动力电池组吊笼式定位及更换机构。
背景技术
中国专利申请(申请号201120287767.9)中记载了一种“水上运输装置动力电池组的定位机构”,该定位机构结构合理,容易定位,更换方便。但其存在以下不足之处:动力电池组子船体一直浸泡于水中,会增加母体船前进时的阻力。另该定位机构只适用于吨位较少的船只。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,定位及更换都较方便,不会产生水阻力,适合吨位较大船只使用的水上运输装置动力电池组吊笼式定位及更换机构。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:一种水上运输装置动力电池组吊笼式定位及更换机构,包括母体船、动力电池组子船体,其特征在于:在母体船上设有吊笼机构,动力电池组子船体可从水中进出吊笼机构内,并随吊笼机构上下运动定位。
本实用新型的目的还可以通过以下措施来达到:吊笼机构包括吊笼体、四条导轨以及卷扬升降装置,四条导轨固定于母体船船尾的凹部处,卷扬升降装置设于母体船内,并可带动吊笼体在四条导轨上作垂直上下运动。吊笼体内设有缓冲块,三块缓冲块为进入吊笼体内的动力电池组子船体定位减撞。四条导轨的四周设有挡板,构成一个没有底的井筒。吊笼体的体积稍大于动力电池组子船体的体积。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点:结构合理,电池的定位及更换都较方便,且不会产生水阻力,特别适合吨位较大的双体船使用。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图5,本实用新型包括母体船1、动力电池组子船体2、吊笼机构等。吊笼机构包括吊笼体3、四条导轨4、三块缓冲块5、四块挡板以及卷扬升降装置等。另6为水位线。整个吊笼机构的结构类似于建筑工地用的吊笼式卷扬升降装置,但行程较短。导轨4四周设有挡板,构成一个没有底的井筒;吊笼体3的体积稍大于动力电池组子船体2的体积。四条导轨4固定于母体船1船尾的凹部1-1处,卷扬升降装置设于母体船1内,并可带动吊笼体3在四条导轨4上作垂直上下运动。吊笼体3内设有三块缓冲块5,三块缓冲块5为进入吊笼体3内的动力电池组子船体2定位及减撞缓冲。吊笼体3上还设有供动力电池组子船体2进出的门。
实际工作时,当需更换动力电池组子船体2,可通过卷扬升降装置把吊笼体3沿导轨4下降浸入水中,当吊笼体3到达底部时,会从由四块挡板构成的井筒中露出,借助水的浮力可轻易的更换动力电池组子船体2。更换完毕后,卷扬升降装置把吊笼体3沿导轨4上升,离开水面,吊笼体3又进入四块挡板构成的井筒内,使换动力电池组子船体2不会从中掉出;再为位于吊笼体3内的动力电池组子船体2接上供电插头,即可为母体船1供电。由于动力电池组子船体2在船体行进时是离开水面的,故不会产生水阻。

1.一种水上运输装置动力电池组吊笼式定位及更换机构,包括母体船(1)、动力电池组子船体(2),其特征在于:在母体船(1)上设有吊笼机构,动力电池组子船体(2)可从水中进出吊笼机构内,并随吊笼机构上下运动定位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水上运输装置动力电池组吊笼式定位及更换机构,其特征在于:吊笼机构包括吊笼体(3)、四条导轨(4)以及卷扬升降装置,四条导轨(4)固定于母体船(1)船尾的凹部(1-1)处,卷扬升降装置设于母体船(1)内,并可带动吊笼体(3)在四条导轨(4)上作垂直上下运动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的水上运输装置动力电池组吊笼式定位及更换机构,其特征在于:吊笼体(3)内设有缓冲块(5),三块缓冲块(5)为进入吊笼体(3)内的动力电池组子船体(2)定位减撞。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的水上运输装置动力电池组吊笼式定位及更换机构,其特征在于:四条导轨(4)的四周设有挡板,构成一个没有底的井筒。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的水上运输装置动力电池组吊笼式定位及更换机构,其特征在于:吊笼体(3)的体积稍大于动力电池组子船体(2)的体积。
