本实用新型采用的技术方案是：拉条式直尺圆规画图笔，其特征是：在笔杆内安装笔芯，在笔杆上安装标尺固定卡，在笔杆内安装标尺，在标尺上设置刻度，在标尺顶端安装定位轴，在定位轴内安装定位针，在定位针上安装调节柄，调节柄穿过定位轴与定位针连接。
