Abstract

本实用新型提供一种带有纳米层的牙齿矫正弓丝,在弓丝本体的表面附着一层纳米TiO2陶瓷薄膜涂层。纳米TiO2陶瓷薄膜涂层与普通金属直丝弓托槽相比,具有良好的表面光洁度及力学性能,实验证明本实用新型弓丝与托槽摩擦力减小为17%以上,克服了现有正畸弓丝与托槽摩擦力过大的缺欠。可以满足口腔正畸临床的需要,缩短了正畸时间,减少正畸患者痛苦,提高了正畸效率。

技术领域
本实用新型公开一种带有纳米层的牙齿矫正弓丝,是对现有正畸弓丝的改进,属于口腔正畸器械技术领域。
背景技术
在口腔正畸临床技术领域中,应用滑动机制内收切牙是直丝弓矫治技术中应用较广的手段,弓丝与托槽相对运动产生摩擦力就成为正畸医生非常关注的问题。弓丝与托槽相对运动产生的摩擦力越大,牙移位的实际矫治力比例就越小,进而影响矫治效果。常用的弓丝主要有:不锈钢( SS)弓丝、钴铬(CO - Cr)弓丝、镍钛(Ni - Ti)弓丝、β钛( TMA)弓丝。研究发现在弓丝与托槽的组合中,弓丝的材料是影响摩擦力的决定因素,不论是不锈钢托槽还是陶瓷托摆,四种弓丝的摩擦系数和摩擦力按下述顺序由小到大排列:不锈钢,钻- 铬合金,镍- 钻合金, a钛( TMA),为减小摩擦阻力,获得最有效的牙移位与最适的生物组织反应,是本专利要解决的任务。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种带有纳米层的牙齿矫正弓丝,克服了现有正畸弓丝与托槽摩擦力过大的缺欠。
本实用新型的技术解决方按如下:在弓丝本体的表面附着一层纳米TiO2陶瓷薄膜涂层构成层状结构。
本实用新型的积极效果在于:纳米TiO2陶瓷薄膜涂层与普通金属弓丝相比,具有良好的表面光洁度及力学性能,实验证明本实用新型弓丝与托槽摩擦力减小为17%以上,可以满足口腔正畸临床的需要,缩短了正畸时间,减少正畸患者痛苦,提高了正畸效率。
