在竹制篮筐生产企业中，当把竹帘圈成筐体的形状后需要使用固定撑架以固定其形状。目前中小企业中多采用板材质地的撑架，即制作与筐体形状相同的撑架在筐体内撑起筐体竹帘。在实际生产中发现，在筐体制作过程中，最需要撑架支撑的是筐体的上下端，中部受力则较小。如果采用常规的全板材撑架，不仅浪费了板材，对于弧形和圆形的筐体来说，也增加了撑架的制作难度。
