本实用新型解决问题所采用的技术方案是：它包括刷体、短刷毛、长刷毛，在刷体中间连接二排短刷毛，在短刷毛二边的刷体上各连接一排长刷毛。当牙刷上二排短刷毛与牙齿咬合面接触，长刷毛分别于牙齿里、外面接触，手推拉刷柄时，牙齿三面同时刷洗，从而达到本实用新型能同时刷洗牙齿三面的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是，能同时刷洗牙齿三面，省时。
