Abstract
本实用新型公开一种新型密封配电柜，由EPDM海绵门边密封条(1)、玻璃门(2)、配电柜主体(3)构成，其特征在于在配电柜主体(3)上设置有一扇玻璃门(2)，玻璃门(2)内侧边缘上粘贴有一圈EPDM海绵门边密封条(1)。本实用新型在配电柜的玻璃门框架上设置了具有缓冲效果的密封条，不但可以增加柜体的密封性，防止灰尘进入，在玻璃门(2)开闭的时候，可以起到缓冲的效果，防止碰撞造成的磨损。

本实用新型涉及一种直流型电源配电柜，尤其涉及一种新型密封配电柜。
背景技术
进入二十一世纪以来，随着我国现代化建设的发展，城乡电网不断增加，干式变压器在我国得以广泛的应用，每年以高达20％以上的增长率迅猛增加，2001年全国产量近20,000MVAM，成为世界上干式变压器产销量最大的国家之一。
现有技术中，干式变压器安装结束后，都会放入一个配电柜内，进而配电柜得到广泛的应用，现有的配电柜一般设置成长方体形状的柜体，所述柜体包括边框和柜面，柜面按照上、下、左、右、前、后六个面。前面即正面上安装仪表，也设置有控制面板或显示器，供给工作人员操作或者监控。
但是在现有技术中，柜体的玻璃门，往往采用金属框架，不仅密封性能不好，而且在开门或者关门的过程中都会产生碰撞，造成噪音或者是设备的损坏，严重时会产生火花，造成爆炸。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种密封性能好，安全实用的新型密封配电柜，由EPDM海绵门边密封条(1)、玻璃门(2)、配电柜主体(3)构成，其特征在于在配电柜主体上设置有一扇玻璃门，玻璃门内侧边缘上粘贴有一圈EPDM海绵门边密封条。
本实用新型的有益效果为：本实用新型在配电柜的玻璃门框架上设置了具有缓冲效果的密封条，不但可以增加柜体的密封性，防止灰尘进入，在玻璃门开闭的时候，可以起到缓冲的效果，防止碰撞造成的磨损。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示，玻璃门(2)通过合页安装在配电柜主体(3)上，可以转动开启，或者是关闭。玻璃门(2)的框架边缘设置有一圈EPDM海绵门边密封条(1)，通过嵌入或者粘连等方式连接在框架上。本实用新型在配电柜的玻璃门(2)框架上设置了具有弹性与缓冲效果兼备的EPDM海绵门边密封条(1)，不但可以增加配电柜主体(3)的密封性，防止灰尘进入，在玻璃门(2)开闭的时候，也可以起到缓冲的效果，防止碰撞造成的磨损。

1.一种新型密封配电柜，由EPDM海绵门边密封条(1)、玻璃门(2)、配电柜主体(3)构成，其特征在于在配电柜主体(3)上设置有一扇玻璃门(2)，玻璃门(2)内侧边缘上粘贴有一圈EPDM海绵门边密封条(1)。
