背景技术
在机械领域，许多型材的形状较为特殊，对于型材是否符合加工要求需要经过检查才能确定。手动采用各种测量工具等进行型材的检查费时、费力且检测精度较低；采用外购的精密仪器检查则成本较高，且检测程序较复杂。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种检测治具，以提高型材的检查精度及效率，并降低检测成本。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种检测治具，包括治具本体，所述治具本体上开设有与待测工件截面形状一致的通孔。
优选的，所述通孔的边缘呈弧形。
通过上述技术方案，本实用新型提供的检测治具，通过将特定形状的型材一端塞进通孔，然后顺序推进直至型材从通孔另一端出来。如果能够顺利从通孔中穿过，说明型材基本符合加工要求；如果不能顺利穿过，说明型材部分区域未达到加工要求，需要重新加工。因此，该检测治具可以方便、快捷的实现特定形状型材的加工质量检测，且相比精密的检测仪器具有检测成本低的优点。
