背景技术
市场上的减速器一般都是有上箱体和下箱体结合而成的，上、下箱体同时承受齿轮传递动力时产生的力量，所以上下箱体必须保证有一定的壁厚，使箱体的刚度满足需求，并且一般的减速器并没有油底壳，使得减速器的中心高较高，这样减速器的稳定性低，而且容易产生噪音。 
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决上述问题提供了一种原料较节省，稳定性好的中心传动的减速器的箱体。 
    为了达到上述目的，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的： 
    本实用新型是一种中心传动水泥磨主减速器的箱体，包括上箱体，在上箱体的下面设置了一个下箱体，在下箱体的下面连接一油底壳，油底壳采用薄壁件，壁厚为5mm，在下箱体上直接用高强度螺栓连接有多个轴承座，上箱体的壁厚为10-12mm，下箱体的中心高为600-650mm。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型利用下箱体和轴承座组合后承受齿轮传递动力时产生的所有力量，上箱体和油底壳只起到对旋转部件的保护作用，只需要较薄的钢板拼接即可，节约了原材料，在不降低减速器的使用性能的基础上提高减速器箱体的重量，改善减速器的维护和维修性能，降低减速器的重心，提高减速器的稳定性，减少了噪音。

由图1-5 可见：本实用新型所述一种中心传动水泥磨主减速器的箱体，包括上箱体1，在所述上箱体1的上面设置了一个下箱体2，降低所述下箱体2的中心高，降低了减速器的重心，所述下箱体2的中心高为600-650mm，在所述下箱体2的下面连接一油底壳3，提高了减速器的稳定性，减少了噪音，所述油底壳3采用薄壁件，壁厚为5mm，所述上箱体1与轴承座分开，轴承座4直接用高强度螺栓连接在所述上箱体2 上，所以所述上箱体1不受力，可以减少所述上箱体1的壁厚，所述上箱体1的壁厚为10-12mm。
    本实用新型一种中心传动水泥磨主减速器的箱体，将上箱体和受力轴承座分开，使上箱体不受力，这样减少了上箱体的成本，降低了减速器的中心高，提高了减速器的重心，使减速器稳定性良好，减少了噪音。

1.一种中心传动水泥磨主减速器的箱体，包括上箱体（1），在所述上箱体（1）的下面设置了一个下箱体（2），其特征在于：在所述下箱体（2）的下面连接一油底壳（3），在所述下箱体（2）上直接用高强度螺栓连接有多个轴承座（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种中心传动水泥磨主减速器的箱体，其特征在于：所述上箱体（1）的壁厚为10-12mm，所述下箱体（2）的中心高为600-650mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种中心传动水泥磨主减速器的箱体，其特征在于：所述油底壳（3）采用薄壁件，壁厚为5mm。
