Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种操作站在线防误操作装置,包括操作站主机、变电站主机、无线通信基站、地线控制器、闭锁控制器和锁具,操作站主机通过通讯接口与监控系统连接,并通过站间网络与无线通信基站连接,变电站主机和地线控制器分别连接无线通信基站,无线通信基站无线连接多个闭锁控制器,每个闭锁控制器连接多个锁具。该装置通过在集控中心设置防误操作站,实现集控中心对下属变电站防误操作过程的实时监测与控制,以保证倒闸操作过程安全无误。

技术领域
 本实用新型涉及一种应用在电力系统中的防误操作装置。
背景技术
目前的微机防误系统主要分为钥匙操作型和有线网络型。
钥匙操作型防误系统通过电脑钥匙等装置进行倒闸操作,并读取设备状态。优点是改造成本低、施工简单。缺点是没有直接接入实时状态,与后台通讯虽可获取部分设备的实时状态,但通讯异常情况较多,造成运行时故障较多;采用电脑钥匙开锁,影响操作时间;锁具缺陷不能在线检测,往往在操作时才发现,造成延误操作或启用解锁钥匙。 
有线网络型防误系统通过在变电站主机和锁具之间布设通讯电缆实现锁具实时控制和设备状态实时检测。优点是能够实时检测设备位置,操作过程在线控制;操作过程中甩掉钥匙操作,操作效率高;在线闭锁,操作流程控制严格。缺点是施工困难,施工周期长,改造成本高。
现有的操作站防误操作系统大多是基于传统的微机防误操作系统,没有能够实现设备状态及地线状态的在线采集,不利于操作站对下属无人值守变电站的状态掌控,更不能实现对下属无人值守变电站操作过程的全面了解。。
发明内容
为解决现有的操作站防误操作系统中存在的上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种操作站在线防误操作装置,其所采取的技术方案为:
该装置包括操作站主机、变电站主机、无线通信基站、地线控制器、闭锁控制器和锁具,其特征在于:操作站主机通过通讯接口与监控系统连接,并通过站间网络与无线通信基站连接,变电站主机和地线控制器分别连接无线通信基站,无线通信基站无线连接多个闭锁控制器,每个闭锁控制器连接多个锁具。
该装置通过状态在线检测,实现严密的操作过程控制;操作过程锁具自动开闭,避免繁琐的电脑钥匙操作。同时,通过网络完成操作站与变电站之间的实时操作信息互通,实现集控中心对变电站的操作控制。因此,系统能够很好地适应当前的集控操作模式,提高变电运行的工作效率、增加倒闸操作的安全系数。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明:
如图1所示,操作站主机通过通讯接口与监控系统连接,并通过站间网络与无线通信基站连接,变电站主机和地线控制器分别连接无线通信基站,无线通信基站无线连接n个闭锁控制器,每个闭锁控制器连接n个锁具。
各组成部件的功能如下:
(1)操作站主机:放置在操作队或集控中心,管理所有下属变电站的变电站主机,浏览所有受控变电站主机的一次系统图,进行闭锁逻辑约束下的模拟操作,生成、审核操作任务并下发到对应变电站主机进行现场操作。操作站主机与监控系统之间设置通信接口。
(2)变电站主机:即集控中心下属变电站内主机,能够显示当前站的一次系统图,进行闭锁逻辑约束下的模拟操作,完成倒闸操作的现场控制。
(3)无线通信基站:安装在各变电站设备区,通过串口与变电站主机连接,与闭锁控制器采用无线通信,负责通讯接口软件与闭锁控制器之间的数据转发。
(4)地线控制器:安装在变电站或操作站工具室中,能够实时检测地线的存放状态发送给变电站主机。
(5)闭锁控制器:安装在变电站设备器,与通讯基站之间使用无线通讯,能够完成锁具的开闭锁操作及设备状态、锁具状态的采集与上报。每个闭锁控制器可以控制多把防误锁具。 
 (6)锁具:固定安装在设备上,具有设备状态检测传感器和锁具本身解闭锁状态传感器,与设备上安装的状态检测装置配合,能够检测设备的分合状态及完成一次设备的锁定。锁具按照锁定方式可分为机械锁和电气锁。

1. 一种操作站在线防误操作装置,包括操作站主机、变电站主机、无线通信基站、地线控制器、闭锁控制器和锁具,其特征在于:操作站主机通过通讯接口与监控系统连接,并通过站间网络与无线通信基站连接,变电站主机和地线控制器分别连接无线通信基站,无线通信基站无线连接多个闭锁控制器,每个闭锁控制器连接多个锁具。
