Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种防火整线装置，包括一组装部，组装部由PVC材料制成，其底部设有胶粘层，其中部设有穿线孔，穿线孔不止一个，且各穿线孔大小不一，其对应穿线孔的上缘设有置入槽，还包括有一固定装置，所述固定装置设置在组装部两侧面，且穿设于置入槽上方。本实用新型使用安全，功能齐全，既能使线体可以被整齐的收纳，又可以选择性的将线体分开放置，还能使线体得到更好的固定，同时还能在一定程度上起到很好的防护作用。

本实用新型涉及一种整线装置，特别涉及一种防火整线装置。
背景技术
一般机壳内部有很多电性连接线，如果不将这些电性连接线进行固定收集，就容易使得机壳内部的空间凌乱不堪，且会间接造成机壳内的空气流通性下降，如此一来，当电器产品开始运作后，机壳内各电子装置所产生的热气，将无法通过散热器顺利排出，使得散热性能降低，进而影响了电器产品的运作效果，更为严重的是有可能会因为机壳内温度过高，将其内部零件损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种防火整线装置，能完全解决上述问题。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是这样的：本实用新型的防火整线装置，包括一组装部，组装部由PVC材料制成，其底部设有胶粘层，其中部设有穿线孔，穿线孔不止一个，且各穿线孔大小不一，其对应穿线孔的上缘设有置入槽，还包括有一固定装置，所述固定装置设置在组装部两侧面，且穿设于置入槽上方。
作为优选，所述组装部、穿线孔及置入槽一体不可分。
作为优选，所述固定装置由一搭扣及一弹性带组成，弹性带上设有与搭扣匹配的孔。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：组装部由PVC材料制成，使其具有防火的功能；组装部底部设有胶粘层，使其可以更好的固定在其他装置内；穿线孔不止一个，且各穿线孔大小不一，方便对电性连接线进行选择性置放；组装部对应穿线孔的上缘设有置入槽，使其方便放线；固定装置设置在组装部两侧面，且穿设于置入槽上方，使其电性连接线可以更加牢固的放置于穿线孔内；组装部、穿线孔及置入槽一体不可分，设计合理；固定装置由一搭扣及一弹性带组成，弹性带表面设有与搭扣匹配的孔，使用方便，并能有效节约成本。

下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参见图1：本实用新型的防火整线装置，包括一组装部1，组装部1由PVC材料制成，其底部设有胶粘层4，其中部设有穿线孔2，穿线孔2不止一个，且各穿线孔2大小不一，其对应穿线孔2的上缘设有置入槽3，还包括有一固定装置，所述固定装置设置在组装部1两侧面，且穿设于置入槽3上方，所述组装部1、穿线孔2及置入槽3一体不可分，所述固定装置由一搭扣5及一弹性带6组成，弹性带6表面设有与搭扣5匹配的孔。
组装部1由PVC材料制成，使其具有防火的功能，同时结实耐用；组装部1底部设有胶粘层4，整线装置一般都是放置于其他电器产品内，这样可以通过胶粘层4更好的进行固定；穿线孔2不止一个，且各穿线孔2大小不一，方便对电性连接线进行选择性置放；组装部1对应穿线孔2的上缘设有置入槽3，使其方便放线；固定装置设置在组装部1两侧面，且穿设于置入槽3上方，使其电性连接线可以更加牢固的放置于穿线孔2内；组装部1、穿线孔2及置入槽3一体不可分，设计合理；固定装置由一搭扣5及一弹性带6组成，弹性带6表面设有与搭扣5匹配的孔，使用方便，并能有效节约成本。

1.一种防火整线装置，其特征在于：包括一组装部，组装部由PVC材料制成，其底部设有胶粘层，其中部设有穿线孔，穿线孔不止一个，且各穿线孔大小不一，其对应穿线孔的上缘设有置入槽，还包括有一固定装置，所述固定装置设置在组装部两侧面，且穿设于置入槽上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火整线装置，其特征在于：所述组装部、穿线孔及置入槽一体不可分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防火整线装置，其特征在于：所述固定装置由一搭扣及一弹性带组成，弹性带上设有与搭扣匹配的孔。
