    目前,许多手机视屏玻璃呈曲面状,即底面为平面,上表面(向外面)为曲面,于是加工过程中面临着测量曲面边缘厚度的问题。如采用3D投影仪测量,设备成本高,且测量工作效率低下,才3pcs/h。故急需寻求一种操作简单快速的工具对边缘尺寸进行测量。

    本实用新型的目的是提供一种简易手机视屏玻璃曲面边缘厚度测量检具,该检具简单实用、价格低廉,检测速度快,对被检品损伤度小。
    根据上述目的设计了一种手机视屏玻璃曲面边缘厚度测量检具,包括基板,在基板的上表面上开有下凹的矩形容腔,该矩形容腔的大小与手机视屏玻璃的大小相吻合;该矩形容腔的深度与手机视屏玻璃的厚度相吻合;该矩形容腔的底面为平面。其中,所述检具成对设置,一只检具上矩形容腔的深度为待测品手机视屏玻璃曲面边缘厚度的下限,另一只检具上矩形容腔的深度为待测品手机视屏玻璃曲面边缘厚度的上限。
