本实用新型公开了一种LED路灯的防水结构,包括灯体,灯体设置有灯板安装腔(1)和电源腔(3),电源腔(3)在灯板安装腔(1)的背后;灯板安装腔(1)和电源腔(3)的开口位置相反;灯板安装腔(1)的底部设置有与电源腔(3)相连通的过线孔(2)。本实用新型电源与灯板间通过过线孔进行连线,通过密封圈及灯体、灯罩的紧密配合进行密封,与密封胶密封相比更耐用且拆装方便。

本实用新型涉及一种LED路灯,具体涉及一种LED路灯的防水结构。
背景技术
路灯中,市电的供电线进入路灯结构中的防水问题是一个必须解决的技术问题。现有技术中,电源与灯板间的连线是在灯壳上直接开槽,再用密封胶和过线胶塞密封。这样在返修拆装的过程中十分麻烦,必须等连线处的密封胶完全干了,才能将灯罩装回密封;而且,户外环境恶劣,时间长了密封胶也起不了防水作用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种LED路灯的防水结构,解决了现有技术中用密封胶密封不耐用、拆装不方便的问题。
为解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种LED路灯的防水结构,包括灯体,灯体设置有灯板安装腔和电源腔,电源腔设置在灯板安装腔的背后;灯板安装腔和电源腔的开口位置相反;灯板安装腔的底部设置有与电源腔相连通的过线孔。
进一步的技术方案是,上述灯板安装腔和电源腔的开口处安装有密封圈。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型在灯板安装腔的背后设置了电源腔,并通过设置过线孔将两部分进行连接,这样电源与灯板间通过过线孔进行连线,灯板安装腔和电源腔的开口处通过密封圈及灯体、灯罩的紧密配合进行密封,不必再用密封胶进行密封,实现了耐用、拆装方便的目的,并且密封圈与灯体、灯罩的紧密配合进行密封的方法可以达到比密封圈密封更高等级的防护效果。

如图1所示的一种LED路灯的防水结构,包括灯体,灯体设置有灯板安装腔1和电源腔3,电源腔3在灯板安装腔1的背后;灯板安装腔1和电源腔3的开口位置相反,且在开口处安装有密封圈;灯板安装腔1的底部设置了与电源腔3连通的过线孔2,电源与灯板间通过过线孔2进行连线。

1.一种LED路灯的防水结构,包括灯体,其特征在于:所述的灯体设置有灯板安装腔(1)和电源腔(3),电源腔(3)在灯板安装腔(1)的背后;所述灯板安装腔(1)和电源腔(3)的开口位置相反;所述灯板安装腔(1)的底部设置有与电源腔(3)相连通的过线孔(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯的防水结构,其特征在于:所述灯板安装腔(1)和电源腔(3)的开口处安装有密封圈。
