本实用新型涉及强船舶管路系统中蝶阀阀门密封实用的垫片的结构。 
背景技术
目前,船舶管路系统中蝶阀法兰处使用的密封垫片通常为金属垫片,其整体统一由金属材质制成,弹性较差,不具有压缩补偿功能,在管路振动、或温度、压力发生较大波动时,其密封性能不佳,经常泄漏,使油船管路系统的密封安全性能和环保性能欠佳,难以满足国际防污染的要求。 
发明内容
本实用新型旨在给出一种密封性能更好的蝶阀用法兰垫片。 
本实用新型所述的蝶阀用法兰垫片,包括由金属环形片体,所述金属环形片体的上下表面均设置有凹凸不平的沟坑槽,金属环形片体的上下两侧分别覆盖有一层密封填料。 
本实用新型所述的蝶阀用法兰垫片,金属环形片体能够提供足够的强度,金属环形片体上下两侧覆盖的弹性密封填料能够提供足够的弹性,在管路振动或温度、压力发生较大的波动时,密封填料具有压缩补偿功能,能够消除管道变形产生的应力,保持蝶阀与垫片之间始终的紧密贴合,具有极佳的密封安全性能和环保性能。同时,密封填料与金属环形片体的结合面上设置的凹凸不平的坑槽,能够大幅提升密封填料与金属环形片体之间的结合力,能够较好的防止,因挤压、变形等原因导致密封填料与金属环形垫片之间的分层或剥离。

具体实施方式
一种蝶阀用法兰垫片,如图1、图2,包括由金属环形片体1,金属环形片体的上下表面均设置有凹凸不平的沟坑槽2,金属环形片体的上下两侧分别覆盖有一层密封填料3。所述密封填料可为聚四氟乙烯(俗称特弗龙)等。 
金属环形片体的外缘可设置中心对称的定位耳4,其可为两个(如图2),三个,甚至更多;每个定位耳上均设置与法兰上的固定孔位置相一致的定位孔5。法兰安装固定时,可同时穿过定位耳上的定位孔,从而使垫片能够准确的对中定位,不会出现应垫片安装偏心导致而引起的密封不良,能够更好的从安装上保证密封效果。

1.一种蝶阀用法兰垫片,包括由金属环形片体,其特征在于:所述金属环形片体的上下表面均设置有凹凸不平的沟坑槽,金属环形片体的上下两侧分别覆盖有一层密封填料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蝶阀用法兰垫片,其特征在于:所述密封填料为聚四氟乙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蝶阀用法兰垫片,其特征在于:金属环形片体外缘设置有中心对称的定位耳,所述定位耳上设置与法兰上的固定孔位置相一致的定位孔。
