一种电能蓄能装置,由控制装置、储气囊、控制阀、气泵和小型涡轮发电机组成;用管道连接气泵和储气囊的一端,储气囊的另一端通过控制阀与小型涡轮发电机相连;控制装置分别与控制阀、气泵和小型涡轮发电机用传送控制信号的电缆相连。使用时,气泵可用空气压缩机代替,当离网式太阳能光伏发电和风力发电等可再生能源发电机发出的电力无法被消耗时,可以把多余的能源存储起来,当可再生能源发电机发出的电力无法满足需要时,可以重新发出电力作为补充。本实用新型的有益效果是:取代了原有的蓄电池的作用,减少了有害物质的排放,制作简单、成本低廉,适用于光伏发电、风力发电等可再生能源发电机组的配套使用,满足环保的要求和节能的趋势。

一种电能蓄能装置
技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种电力能源储能装置,其属于电气控制、能源存储和可再生能源领域。
背景技术  众所周知,目前的可再生能源领域的太阳能光伏发电和风力发电发出的电力,品质不是十分优秀的电力,很难并到国家电网中,一般会在发电的当时消耗掉,但是由于太阳能和风能发出的电力时机与能源需求的时机并不同步,因此现在往往使用蓄电池的方式将此种电力存储起来。由于蓄电池的寿命很短暂,蓄电池的制造和废弃都将造成能源的消耗和环境的污染,所以,很多时候,使用可再生能源实际上并没有对环境保护有多少帮助。
发明内容  为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型提供几乎零污染的储能方法,把多余的电力通过让气泵或压缩机工作的方式,把气囊充气加压,将电能转化为势能储存起来,一旦需要时,再通过涡轮发电机产生电力。
本实用新型由控制装置、储气囊、控制阀、气泵和小型涡轮发电机组成;用管道连接气泵和储气囊的一端,储气囊的另一端通过控制阀与小型涡轮发电机相连;控制装置分别与控制阀、气泵和小型涡轮发电机用传送控制信号的电缆相连。
采用上述结构后,如果可再生发电机发出的电力无法被消耗,控制装置将用此电力启动气泵,气泵也可用空气压缩机代替,气泵或空气压缩机将空气压入储气囊中,储气囊中的压力会慢慢升高,将电能转换为势能。一直到储气囊的压力达到设计值,控制装置将切断气泵供电回路,气泵停止工作。一旦可再生发电机发出的电力无法满足负荷的需要,控制装置将打开气囊出口的阀门,吹动小型涡轮发电机转动从而发出电力,补充可再生发电机发出的电力,使负荷达到需要。控制装置随时测量电力消耗的总功率,并控制阀门的开度,使消耗的电功率与发出的电功率达到平衡。
本实用新型的有益效果是:取代了原有的蓄电池的作用,减少了有害物质的排放。制作简单、成本低廉,适用于光伏发电、风力发电等可再生能源发电机组的配套使用,满足环保的要求和节能的趋势。

具体实施方式  在图1所示的一种电能蓄能装置的接线原理图中,包括控制装置1和气泵2,储气囊3,控制阀4,涡轮发电机5,用管道将气泵连接在储气囊的一端、储气囊的另一端通过控制阀与小型涡轮发电机相连,控制装置分别与控制阀、气泵和小型涡轮发电机用电缆相连。使用时,气泵可用空气压缩机代替,根据配套的可再生发电机的发电能力,计算气泵或压缩机的功率、储气囊的体积和承压极限、阀门的口径、小型涡轮发电机的功率,编制好控制装置的控制程序。然后按照图示顺序将此气泵、储气囊、控制阀、小型涡轮发电机、控制器连接起来,从而实施完成。

1.一种电能蓄能装置,包括控制装置、储气囊、控制阀、气泵和小型涡轮发电机;其特征在于:用管道连接气泵和储气囊的一端,储气囊的另一端通过控制阀与小型涡轮发电机相连,控制装置分别与控制阀、气泵或空气压缩机和小型涡轮发电机用传送控制信号的电缆相连。
