现在使用的风能发电机的阻风叶片大都采用固定的矩形阵列和风扇形,而这两种形式的风能发电机的起动阻力和运转旋转阻力都很大。
发明内容
本实用新型涉的目的是为了解决风能发电机的阻风叶片的起动阻力和运转旋转阻力都很大的问题。
本实用新型百叶窗叠加式风力发电机由阻风片支架、百叶窗式阻风片、风力机轴、轴承、轴承座、发电机等组成。风力机轴通过轴承安装在轴承座上并与发电机的轴硬连接或软连接,阻风片支架安装在风力机轴上,百叶窗式阻风片安装在阻风片支架上。
本实用新型百叶窗叠加式风力发电机的风力机轴上叠加有两层或两层以上的百叶窗式阻风片和两层或两层以上阻风片支架。

具体实施方式
本实用新型百叶窗叠加式风力发电机由阻风片支架1、百叶窗式阻风片2、风力机轴3、轴承4、轴承座5、发电机6等组成。在风力机轴3上叠加有两层或两层以上的百叶窗式阻风片2和两层或两层以上阻风片支架1。风力机轴3通过轴承4安装在轴承座5上并与发电机6的轴硬连接或软连接,阻风片支架1安装在风力机轴3上,百叶窗式阻风片2安装在阻风片支架1上。图1中所示的风力机轴3的左面部分百叶窗式阻风片2是关闭的,风力机轴3的右面部分百叶窗式阻风片2是打开的。
本实用新型百叶窗叠加式风力发电机安装好后,当有风经过百叶窗式阻风片2时,风流吹动百叶窗式阻风片2,使百叶窗式阻风片2关闭,使之与阻风片支架1形成一个不透风的整体;在风力的推动下,百叶窗式阻风片2和阻风片支架1绕风力机轴3转动。当转到风吹不到的一面时,百叶窗式阻风片2在空气的阻力下打开而减少旋转阻力。如此周而复始的运转,便产生动力,通过风力机轴3传递给发电机6,使发电机6发电。

1.一种百叶窗叠加式风力发电机,其特征在于:它由阻风片支架(1)、百叶窗式阻风片(2)、风力机轴(3)、轴承(4)、轴承座(5)、发电机(6)组成;风力机轴(3)通过轴承(4)安装在轴承座(5)上并与发电机(6)的轴硬连接或软连接,阻风片支架(1)安装在风力机轴(3)上,百叶窗式阻风片(2)安装在阻风片支架(1)上。
