Abstract

一种高可靠性的风力发电场箱式变电站综合测控装置,它由与风电场的箱式变电站一一对应的多个监控单元构成,每个监控单元设置有两个光纤通讯接口,分别为A光口和B光口,所有监控单元的A光口由光纤依次连接成环网,所有监控单元的B光口也由光纤依次连接成环网,其中一个监控单元通过通讯光纤与上位机连接。本实用新型在每个监控单元上安装了两个光纤通讯接口,由这些光纤通讯接口接成两个互为备用的环网,即使某个通讯接口损坏导致一个环网不能工作,监控数据也能通过另一个环网准确、及时传输,这样就提高了综合测控装置的可靠性,为风电场箱式变压器的维护创造了便利条件。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于对风电场的多个箱式变电站进行监测与控制的装置,属控制技术领域。
背景技术
风电场一般地处人烟稀少,环境复杂的土坡、戈壁、岛屿、滩涂、近海等地,而且风力发电机的分布比较分散,一般来说距离中控室最近的有几十米或几百米,最远的可达几十公里,并且每台风力发电机之间的距离也有500米到1000米,人工巡视和监控以及维护都比较困难,因此每台风力发电机的箱式变电站都需要采用单独的现地监控单元进行监测与控制。现有的箱式变电站监控单元都是相对独立的控制系统,每个监控单元通过以太网、RS485通讯线路与后台监控系统进行通讯,这种监控装置可靠性较低,一旦某台箱式变压器监控单元的通讯路线出现故障,中控室便与该箱式变电站失去了联系,这给箱式变电站的监控和维护带来了极大的不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足、提供一种高可靠性的风力发电场箱式变电站综合测控装置,该装置可确保风电场每台箱式变电站与后台监控系统的正常通讯。
本实用新型所述问题是由以下技术方案实现的:
一种高可靠性的风力发电场箱式变电站综合测控装置,由与风电场的箱式变电站一一对应的多个监控单元构成,每个监控单元设置有两个光纤通讯接口,分别为A光口和B光口,所有监控单元的A光口由光纤依次连接成环网,所有监控单元的B光口也由光纤依次连接成环网,其中每一个监控单元通过通讯电缆与上位机连接。
上述高可靠性的风力发电场箱式变电站综合测控装置,每个监控单元通过以太网和RS485通讯线路与上位机通讯。
本实用新型在每个监控单元上安装了两个光纤通讯接口,由这些光纤通讯接口接成两个互为备用的环网,即使某个通讯接口损坏导致一个环网不能工作,监控数据也能通过另一个环网准确、及时传输,这样就提高了综合测控装置的可靠性,为风电场箱式变压器的维护创造了便利条件。

具体实施方式
参看图1,每个监控单元上设置光口A、光口B,监控单元U0~Un通过光口A和光口B构成双光纤环网。在光口A中,A-1为输出口,A-2为输入口,工作过程中,将监控单元U1~Un统一编码,为方便理解,本图中将其编号为1号、2号到n号,监控单元U0通过通讯电缆与上位机连接,其A-1输出口发出指令,监控单元U0会根据编号将监控单元U1~Un采集到的箱式变压器信息上传。光口B的工作原理与光口A相同,它们组成另一路环网。工作过程中假如光口A组成的回路某处发生故障,光口B组成的回路就会自动运行,不会因为故障而影响后台对箱式变压器的监控。
由光口A构成的光纤环网和由光口B构成的光纤环网都可以为整个风电场的监控提供准确、实时的数据支持,当某一路环网某处出现故障时,另一路依然可以正常工作,将数据上传,并可以根据情况将故障位置上传,为设备的维修提供了方便,本装置真正达到了无人值守的要求。
本装置的每个监控单元还可以通过以太网和RS485通讯线路与上位机通讯,进一步提高了监控的可靠性。

1.一种高可靠性的风力发电场箱式变电站综合测控装置,其特征是,它由与风电场的箱式变压器一一对应的多个监控单元构成,每个监控单元设置有两个光纤通讯接口,分别为A光口和B光口,所有监控单元的A光口由光纤依次连接成环网,所有监控单元的B光口也由光纤依次连接成环网,其中一个监控单元通过通讯光纤与上位机连接。
