技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种背光源,更具体的说,涉及一种具有新型胶片结构的LED背光源。
背景技术
在现有技术中,背光源广泛应用于日常生活中的电子产品控制面板及各种电器产品中,当设备启动时,为产品提供操作面板背光源或产品的显示背光源。现有技术中采用LED节能技术为背光源结构提供光线,在背光源结构中,LED灯安装于背光源的一侧,但当LED灯大于背光源中的导光板的厚度时,一部分光源不进行导光板进行利用,对背光源发光亮度造成浪费,LED发光中型没有对准导光板中部,造成灯眼或光束衍射,现有技术中LED背光源结构存在的技术缺陷,成为本领域技术人员急待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术目的是克服现有技术中,LED背光源技术在应用时,当LED灯的厚度大于背光源结构中的导光板的厚度时,出现光线不进入导光板中影响导光效果的技术问题;提供一种在LED灯大于导光板厚度时,改善导光效果的具有新型胶片结构的LED背光源。
一种新型胶片结构的LED背光源,其特征是:所述背光源结构中导光板边侧厚度等于或大于LED灯厚度,导光板表面呈斜面从边侧向中间倾斜。
在本实用新型的应用中,由于边侧的厚度大于或等于LED灯的厚度,这就使到在LED灯亮时,光线能完全进入到导光板中进行导光,能较好的改善了背光源在应用时的导光效果。
本实用新型的有益技术效果是:背光源的发光效果佳,亮度提升,并且光线柔和均匀,提升了背光源产品的使用效果。

在图1中,本实用新型的一种新型胶片结构的LED背光源的结构中,背光源结构中导光板101边侧102的厚度等于或大于LED灯100的厚度,导光板101表面呈斜面从边侧向中间倾斜。在本实用新型的应用中,由于导光板101边侧102的厚度大于或等于LED灯100的厚度,这就使到在LED灯亮时,光线能完全进入到导光板101中进行导光,较好的改善了背光源在应用时的发光效果。
本实用新型的有益发光效果佳,亮度提升,是本领域一个既实用又新型的技术改进。
