背景技术
聚丙烯双壁波纹管因具有优异的化学稳定性、耐老化及耐环境应力开裂的性能而广泛应用于市政改造工程、建筑、工农业排水、农业节水灌溉、污水处理工程等领域,是传统水泥管、铸铁管等其它材质管材的最佳替代产品。目前,现有的聚丙烯双壁波纹管由管体和扩口端组成,由于扩口端由内、外壁挤出而成,扩口壁腔较薄,下线后受温度、堆放、运输及施工的影响,使扩口端内外壁容易脱层,端口容易变形、开裂,安装后产生渗漏。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供一种抗压型聚丙烯双壁波纹管,在扩口端熔接一层聚丙烯抗压圈,使管材的扩口端变得坚固耐用,可有效地增加抗压能力,而且大大降低管材废品率和损耗。 
本实用新型所采用的技术方案: 
一种抗压型聚丙烯双壁波纹管,包括波纹管体、扩口端和插口端,其特征是在扩口端的外层熔接一层聚丙烯抗压圈,使扩口端的厚度增 加,刚度随之增加,结构更稳定,密封效果更好。 
所述聚丙烯抗压圈的厚度为5~8mm。 
本实用新型结构简单,成本低,可有效地增加扩口端抗压能力,而且大大降低管材废品率和损耗。

具体实施方式
在图中所示的结构中,本实用新型包括波纹管体2、扩口端3和插口端1,在喇叭口式扩口端3的外层熔接一层聚丙烯抗压圈4,使扩口端的厚度增加,刚度随之增加,结构更稳定,密封效果更好,抗压圈4与扩口端3熔接后的厚度,超过国家标准11.4mm(DN/IN>500mm)后,聚丙烯双壁波纹管扩口端的环刚度提高了4倍。

1.一种抗压型聚丙烯双壁波纹管,包括波纹管体(2)、扩口端(3)和插口端(1),其特征是在扩口端(3)的外层熔接一层聚丙烯抗压圈(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗压型聚丙烯双壁波纹管,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯抗压圈的厚度为5~8mm。
