本实用新型的目的就是解决公知球阀因在腐蚀介质中使用时降低阀体使用寿命的问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种衬氟球阀，它包括阀体和安装在阀体上的开启装置，其特征是所述的阀体内壁上镶嵌有耐腐蚀层。
所述的耐腐蚀层为四氟乙烯。
所述的阀体内的阀芯材料为四氟乙烯。
本实用新型有益效果是：由于本实用新型在球阀的阀体内镶嵌有耐腐蚀层，这样腐蚀性介质通过阀体时，不会直接与阀体接触，对阀体起到了保护作用，从而大大延长了球阀的使用寿命，因此本实用新型的球阀使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种衬氟球阀，它包括阀体2和安装在阀体2上的开启装置1，阀体2内壁上镶嵌有耐腐蚀层3，耐腐蚀层3为四氟乙烯。为便好地对球阀的阀体2进行保护，腐蚀层3的两端向法兰边缘延伸，当球阀串接在管路上时，使得腐蚀介质不会与阀体接触，从而最大限度地保护球阀的阀体。阀体内的阀芯材料为四氟乙烯。
