本实用新型涉及一种遮阳卷帘的零部件,具体是一种遮阳卷帘卷管传动头尾塞。 
背景技术
遮阳卷帘正被广泛地应用在生产生活中,遮阳卷帘具有用于收卷卷帘面料的卷管,卷管的端部装有头尾塞。 
有些卷帘为了获得比较好的防风性能,在卷帘面料的两侧装有拉链或面料扣。然而现有卷管头尾塞的结构都过于简单,前述这种卷帘面料在收卷时卷帘面料在卷管上分布不平整,容易发生偏移,造成卷帘面料收卷不自如,不能适应遮阳卷帘的特殊结构要求。 
发明内容
本实用新型目的是:为解决现有产品的不足,提供一种遮阳卷帘卷管传动头尾塞,它可保证卷帘面料在收卷过程的平整度,避免卷帘面料在收卷时发生偏移。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种遮阳卷帘卷管传动头尾塞,包括一个头塞和一个尾塞,所述的头塞和尾塞分别安装在面料卷管的两端,所述头塞和尾塞上均制有用于控制卷帘面料在收卷过程中走位的面料槽,所述尾塞还制有用于缠绕拉索钢丝的钢丝槽。 
所述的头塞包括头塞本体和装于该头塞本体中的头塞轴,所述头塞轴可相对所述头塞本体作周向的转动和轴向的滑动;所述尾塞包括尾塞本体和装于该尾塞本体中的尾塞轴,所述尾塞轴可相对所述尾塞本体作周向的转动和轴向的滑动。 
所述尾塞轴的长度为182mm。 
所述的头塞和尾塞均为尼龙材质。 
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型在头塞和尾塞上均制有用于控制卷帘面料在收卷过程中走位的面料槽。在卷帘面料收卷时,其两侧的拉链或面料扣刚好伸入至所述面料槽中,从而很好地保证了卷帘面料在收卷过程的平整度,避免了卷帘面料收卷时发生偏移。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示,本实施例的遮阳卷帘卷管传动头尾塞包括一个尼龙材质的头塞1和一个尼龙材质的尾塞2。所述的头塞1和尾塞2分别安装在面料卷管5的两端。头塞1和尾塞2上均制有用于控制卷帘面料在收卷过程中走位的面料槽3(在卷帘面料收卷时,卷帘面料两侧的拉链或面料扣刚好伸入至所述面料槽中,以控制卷帘面料在收卷时的走位,避免了卷帘面料在收卷过程中发生偏移)。所述尾塞2还制有用于缠绕拉索钢丝的钢丝槽4(拉索钢丝用于带动面料卷管转动)。 
如图2所示,所述的头塞1包括头塞本体1-1和装于该头塞本体中的头塞轴1-2,头塞本体1-1的结构如图4所示,头塞轴的结构与尾塞轴类似(参照图6)。所述头塞轴1-2可相对头塞本体1-1作周向的转动和轴向的滑动(头塞轴不会从头塞本体中脱离)。安装时,将头塞本体1-1固装在面料卷管5端部,调整头塞轴1-2的轴向位置使其适应卷帘面料的宽度。 
如图3所示,所述尾塞2包括尾塞本体2-1和装于该尾塞本体中的尾塞轴2-2,尾塞本体和尾塞轴的结构分别如图5和图6所示。所述尾塞轴2-2可相对尾塞本体2-1作周向的转动和轴向的滑动(尾塞轴不会从尾塞本体中脱离)。安装时,将尾塞本体2-1固装在面料卷管5端部,调整尾塞轴2-2的轴向位置使其适应卷帘面料的宽度。另外,本例中的尾塞轴2-2比传统结构的尾塞轴要长一些,其长度达到了182mm。

1.一种遮阳卷帘卷管传动头尾塞,包括一个头塞(1)和一个尾塞(2),所述的头塞和尾塞分别安装在面料卷管(5)的两端,其特征在于:所述头塞(1)和尾塞(2)上均制有用于控制卷帘面料在收卷过程中走位的面料槽(3),所述尾塞(2)还制有用于缠绕拉索钢丝的钢丝槽(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的遮阳卷帘卷管传动头尾塞,其特征在于:所述的头塞(1)包括头塞本体(1-1)和装于该头塞本体中的头塞轴(1-2),所述头塞轴(1-2)可相对所述头塞本体(1-1)作周向的转动和轴向的滑动;所述尾塞(2)包括尾塞本体(2-1)和装于该尾塞本体中的尾塞轴(2-2),所述尾塞轴(2-2)可相对所述尾塞本体(2-1)作周向的转动和轴向的滑动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的遮阳卷帘卷管传动头尾塞,其特征在于:所述尾塞轴(2-2)的长度为182mm。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的遮阳卷帘卷管传动头尾塞,其特征在于:所述的头塞(1)和尾塞(2)均为尼龙材质。
