现有的灯头灯座套合后的压接通常采用手工操作，很难保证压接的质量，而且工作效率低。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种灯头灯座压接装置，使用方便，工作效率高。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：灯头灯座压接装置，包括外圈、内圈和若干顶针，所述外圈套设于所述内圈上，所述顶针包括针体和导轨，所述内圈的圆周上均布有若干径向导槽，所述径向导槽与所述导轨相匹配，所述外圈的内圆周上对应所述顶针设有若干棘轮槽，所述顶针的背部设有凸起，所述凸起顶压于所述棘轮槽内。
作为优选，所述凸起为嵌入所述顶针的背部的顶压件。
作为优选，所述顶压件为钢球。
作为优选，所述内圈的中心设有弹性回复件，所述弹性回复件与所述导轨的端部相抵压。
作为优选，所述弹性回复件为平面蜗卷弹簧。

图1所示为本实用新型灯头灯座压接装置，包括外圈1、内圈2和若干顶针3，所述外圈1套设于所述内圈2上，如图3所示，所述顶针3包括针体31和导轨32，如图2所示，所述内圈2的圆周上均布有若干径向导槽21，所述径向导槽21与所述导轨32相匹配，所述外圈1的内圆周上对应所述顶针3设有若干棘轮槽11，所述顶针3的背部设有嵌入所述顶针3的背部的钢球4，所述钢球4顶压于所述棘轮槽11内。所述内圈2的中心设有平面蜗卷弹簧，所述平面蜗卷弹簧与所述导轨32的端部相抵压。
使用时，转动外圈，顶针在顶压于所述棘轮槽11内的钢球的作用下沿径向导槽21滑移，完成灯头灯座的压接。

1.灯头灯座压接装置，其特征在于：包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)和若干顶针(3)，所述外圈(1)套设于所述内圈(2)上，所述顶针(3)包括针体(31)和导轨(32)，所述内圈(2)的圆周上均布有若干径向导槽(21)，所述径向导槽(21)与所述导轨(32)相匹配，所述外圈(1)的内圆周上对应所述顶针(3)设有若干棘轮槽(11)，所述顶针(3)的背部设有凸起，所述凸起顶压于所述棘轮槽(11)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述灯头灯座压接装置，其特征在于：所述凸起为嵌入所述顶针(3)的背部的顶压件。
3.根据权利要求2所述灯头灯座压接装置，其特征在于：所述顶压件为钢球(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述灯头灯座压接装置，其特征在于：所述内圈(2)的中心设有弹性回复件，所述弹性回复件与所述导轨(32)的端部相抵压。
