机械加工行业,产品的箱体类的零件上螺纹孔的数量较多,多达几十个,甚至上百个,螺纹孔也较大,需要不断更换丝锥进行对加工部件进行钻孔,现有装置不能很好的更换丝锥,造成了工作效率较低问题。

为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可更换丝锥装置,利于很快更换不同型号丝锥,解决了现有技术存在的装配效率较低的问题,具有结构简单,使用方便的特点。

由于设置有调节栓4和压板3,将不同型号的丝锥5放置压板3之间,通过调节栓4,调整压板3之间的距离,从而固定住丝锥5,具有结构简单,使用方便的特点。
