 本实用新型涉及水处理技术领域的一种复合滤芯,属于复合滤芯的改进技术。
背景技术
目前,业内的复合滤芯多为以下几种形式:1) 微滤膜+炭棒形式,其缺点是成本较高;2) 陶瓷滤芯+炭棒形式,其缺点是陶瓷易堵;3) 不锈钢网+活性炭形式,其缺点是不锈钢网过滤精度较低,且易生锈;另外,市场上还有一种颗粒活性炭和PP棉层复合的形式,开始使用时会产生大量黑水,必须冲洗才能使用,操作较繁琐,在后续使用过程中,颗粒活性炭还是会有炭粉产生,给人不卫生的感觉,且易发生堵塞。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种设计巧妙、结构简单合理、成本低廉、不易堵塞、且过滤效果好的复合滤芯。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种复合滤芯,包括PP棉层和炭棒层,其特征在于所述PP棉层在外层,炭棒层位于里层,两者紧密贴合形成筒柱状整体。
所述筒柱状炭棒层的中心有一个中心孔。
本实用新型采用炭棒层和PP棉层内外紧密贴合形成筒柱状整体的结构,PP棉不但可以很好的保护炭棒,有效防止炭棒发生堵塞,而且过滤效果好、成本低廉。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1、2所示,本实用新型复合滤芯,包括PP棉层1和炭棒层2,所述PP棉层1在外层,炭棒层2位于里层,两者紧密贴合形成筒柱状整体。所述筒柱状炭棒层2的中心有一个中心孔3。
本实施例中,PP棉层1及炭棒层2可以通过增加黏合剂粘接或增加端盖固定来实现。
使用时,将本实用新型复合滤芯放入一个水过滤系统中连接,也可放入滤瓶中,通水后,水由外而内先后通过PP棉层1和炭棒层2,过滤后的水从中心孔3中流出,PP棉可去除水中的颗粒物等杂质,炭棒吸附有机物和余氯,经过滤后的水可直接饮用或作为超滤或反渗透的进水。
本实用新型的优点在于,PP棉层1和炭棒层2的组合,成本较低,且不易发生堵塞,PP棉可以很好的保护炭棒,防止炭棒发生堵塞。

1.一种复合滤芯,包括PP棉层(1)和炭棒层(2),其特征在于所述PP棉层(1)在外层,炭棒层(2)位于里层,两者紧密贴合形成筒柱状整体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合滤芯,其特征在于所述筒柱状炭棒层(2)的中心有一个中心孔(3)。
