背景技术
卵巢肿瘤是一种常见的妇科疾病，大多为良性囊肿，卵巢囊肿更为常见，囊肿小者有胎头大小，大者可达数十斤，甚至充满整个腹腔，囊肿内常为腹水和粘液。目前处理这种囊肿均为手术治疗，为防止引起囊肿内感染或使囊肿内液体流入囊肿外和腹壁形成粘连，不可行穿刺术放水。手术时一般是利用手术刀在患者腹部切一个和肿瘤大小一致的口子，将肿瘤切除取出，这样由于切口长，创伤大，患者身体恢复时间长，会感到特别痛苦。目前也有采取引流的方法，不过采取一般引流容易感染或扩散。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种构造简单、使用方便的医用卵巢肿瘤吸液装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：医用卵巢肿瘤吸液装置，主要包括吸管和套筒，吸管和套筒通过螺纹丝连接，其特征是：吸管的一侧固定连接有气囊，套筒的顶部固定有密封圈，密封圈的中间位置固定有吸液针，吸液针的针头一侧开有侧针孔。
本实用新型采用上述结构后，其优点就在于能够将囊肿内的积水和粘液吸出，开个小口就能将肿瘤取出，缩短了手术时间，提高了手术质量，减少了患者的痛苦。

具体实施方式
从图1中可以看出，医用卵巢肿瘤吸液装置，主要包括吸管1和套筒2，吸管1和套筒2通过螺纹丝连接，其特征是：吸管1的一侧固定连接有气囊6，套筒2的顶部固定有密封圈7，密封圈7的中间位置固定有吸液针3，吸液针3的针头一侧开有侧针孔4。
参考图1，使用时，将吸管1的圆孔5的位置通过手术切口放于肿瘤上，拧动套筒2，使吸液针3通过吸管1的圆孔5刺入肿瘤内，在吸液针3的尾部接上吸液针筒，此时不断捏压气囊6，使吸管1内形成负压，肿瘤便吸在吸管1的圆孔5上，并向圆孔5内不断凸出，吸管1的圆孔5边吸边挤压，可迅速将肿瘤内的积水和粘液通过针头孔和侧针孔4吸出，液体逐渐被吸出，肿瘤体积变小，最后将肿瘤切除。
本实用新型能够将囊肿内的积水和粘液吸出，开个小口就能将肿瘤取出，缩短了手术时间，提高了手术质量，减少了患者的痛苦。
