本实用新型涉及一种人体脊柱植入器械，具体涉及一种人工椎板；它包括椎板本体，其特征在于：椎板本体为弧形网状椎板，弧形网状椎板两侧设有侧翼，侧翼设有螺孔，弧形网状椎板的背侧设有网状棘凸，弧形网状椎板与网状棘凸设有网孔。本实用新型用于人体脊柱后路手术椎板切除后的人工椎板重建，修复椎板缺损，模仿了人体椎板，防止术后脊髓后方组织肿胀而造成脊髓压迫，保持了椎管完整性、稳定脊柱，保护了脊髓。使用时螺钉经两侧侧翼上的螺孔将人工椎板固定于人体脊柱横突或椎弓根，椎旁肌及棘上韧带等缝合于网状棘凸的网孔。椎板本体为弧形网状结构，保证了椎管容积；弧形网状椎板与网状棘凸的网状结构，便于两侧组织生长形成组织连接。

背景技术
以往脊柱手术中椎板切除后造成椎板缺如，术后椎管后方软组织肿胀容易引起脊髓压迫，造成脊髓损伤。人工椎板用于脊柱手术中椎板切除后人工椎板重建，模仿了人体椎板，防止术后脊髓后方组织肿胀而造成脊髓压迫，保持了椎管完整性。现有的人工椎板不利于两侧组织生长。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单，使用方便，利于椎板两侧组织生长的人工椎板。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采取的技术方案如下：一种人工椎板，包括椎板本体，其特征在于：椎板本体为弧形网状椎板，弧形网状椎板两侧设有侧翼，侧翼设有螺孔，弧形网状椎板的背侧设有网状棘凸，弧形网状椎板与网状棘凸设有网孔。
本实用新型用于人体脊柱后路手术椎板切除后的人工椎板重建，修复椎板缺损，模仿了人体椎板，防止术后脊髓后方组织肿胀而造成脊髓压迫，保持了椎管完整性、稳定脊柱，保护了脊髓。本实用新型外形与人体椎板相似，使用时螺钉经两侧侧翼上的螺孔将人工椎板固定于人体脊柱横突或椎弓根，椎旁肌及棘上韧带等缝合于网状棘凸的网孔。椎板本体为弧形网状结构，保证了椎管容积；弧形网状椎板与网状棘凸的网状结构，便于两侧组织生长形成组织连接。人工椎板由钛合金制造，钛合金为目前脊柱内固定系统中常用材料，组织相容性良好，质量轻，强度好。本实用新型制作成大小不同型号，可供不同大小椎管使用。

下面根据附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。如图所示：一种人工椎板，由钛合金制作，包括椎板本体，椎板本体为弧形网状椎板4，弧形网状椎板4两侧设有侧翼1，侧翼1设有螺孔2，弧形网状椎板4的背侧设有网状棘凸3，弧形网状椎板4与网状棘凸3设有网孔5。侧翼1设有两个螺孔2，可供使用选择；弧形网状椎板4的截面大致为半圆形。
人工椎板模拟人体椎板，弧形网状椎板4与网状棘凸3的外形与人体椎板相似；椎板切除后选择适合大小人工椎板，将人工椎板两侧侧翼1与横突基底部或椎弓根对齐，通过侧翼上螺孔2用螺钉固定于横突或椎弓根。弧形网状椎板4背侧的网状棘凸3为棘上韧带缝合提供附着点。通过弧形网状椎板4将脊髓于其后侧组织分开，防止后侧组织压迫脊髓。

1.一种人工椎板，包括椎板本体，其特征在于：椎板本体为弧形网状椎板（4），所述弧形网状椎板（4）两侧设有侧翼（1），所述侧翼（1）设有螺孔（2），所述弧形网状椎板（4）的背侧设有网状棘凸（3），所述弧形网状椎板（4）与所述网状棘凸（3）设有网孔（5）。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种人工椎板，其特征在于：所述侧翼（1）设有两个所述螺孔（2）。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种人工椎板，其特征在于：所述弧形网状椎板（4）的截面为半圆形。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种人工椎板，其特征在于：所述人工椎板由钛合金制作。
