本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有的肱骨近端钢板形状复杂，生产制造成本高的问题，进而提供一种肱骨近端钢板。
本实用新型的技术方案是：肱骨近端钢板包括圆形钢板和锥形钢板，锥形钢板的大端与圆形钢板的侧壁固接为一体，锥形钢板的小端面为圆弧面，肱骨近端钢板上开有六个通孔，每个通孔的直径为4mm-8mm，肱骨近端钢板的厚度为2mm-4mm。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下效果：1.本实用新型的一端为圆形，不但能满足临床使用，而且结构简单，生产成本低，便于临床使用。2.本实用新型在能够保证固定效果的情况下，肱骨近端钢板只开有六个通孔，有效的减轻了手术过程中对病人的伤害。

工作原理
在进行肱骨手术时，将本实用新型放置在患者的肱骨部位，松质骨钉穿过肱骨近端钢板上的六个通孔，将本实用新型固定在患者的肱骨处，待肱骨愈合后，将本实用新型取下，完成治疗。
