本实用新型的目的可以通过以下方式来实现：一种靠背可变形成凳子的椅子，包括靠背、铰链、支撑板、椅面、椅腿组成；其中靠背与铰链固定连接，支撑板通过铰链与靠背连接，支撑板可以绕铰链进行转动，靠背与椅面之间通过一个卡槽连接；在正常使用时，将靠背与椅面通过卡槽组合到一起，当遇到椅子不够的情况时，把靠背部分从椅面上拆下，撑开支撑板，便可以单独作为一个凳子使用。

1.一种靠背可变形成凳子的椅子，包括靠背(1)、铰链(2)、支撑板(3)、椅面(4)、椅腿(5)组成；其特征是：靠背(1)与铰链(2)固定连接，支撑板(3)通过铰链(2)与靠背(1)连接，支撑板(3)可以绕铰链(2)进行转动，靠背(1)与椅面(4)之间通过一个卡槽连接；当遇到椅子不够的情况时，把靠背(1)部分从椅面(4)上拆下，撑开支撑板(3)，便可以单独作为一个凳子使用。
