Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种全下沉式育种室,包括呈北高南低坡形的透光顶面、四面导热墙面和一导热地面;该透光顶面与地表平齐,其上设置有通风口和排风机,四周设有排水槽;导热地面距地表5~6m;育种室内还设有调控室内温湿度的水帘。本实用新型的育种室采用全下沉式,地下温度比较稳定,同时采用导热性能良好的陶土构建室内墙壁,利于导热散热;再次采用内循环水帘降温,使用地下水冷却,加上排风机随时调节育种室内的温湿度,还有地源热泵调节室内温度,有助于使育种室保持在恒温恒湿的状态,为种子培育提供优良的环境,而且能耗小;全下沉式构建,省去钢材等材料,降低了构建成本。

全下沉式育种室
技术领域
本实用新型涉及农业培育设施领域,尤其涉及一种全下沉式育种室。 
背景技术
“民以食为天,农以种为先”,稻米作为最主要的食物之一,其生产对民生有着至关重要的影响。在现代水稻育种史上,20世纪50年代末至60年代初的水稻品种矮秆化和70年代的杂交水稻三系配套是两个重要里程碑。为了达到增产的目的,利用水稻亚种间杂交优势培育超高产品种是现阶段主攻方向。然而杂交获得的种子数量有限,无法大面积推广,需要再次进行种子培育以获得大量的水稻原种。但是,种子的培育过程中,其优良的基因品性容易受地理环境、气候及病虫害等因素影响,从而很难繁衍出大量的优良纯种。
目前,我国许多地区都采用温室大棚来培植各种蔬菜和农作物,但在秋冬季昼夜温差大时,温室内难以保持恒温恒湿的良好环境,而且大棚的构建需要大量钢材等材料,既浪费了资源,又增加了构建成本。 
发明内容
为克服上述问题,本实用新型提出一种全下沉式育种室,为培育优良的水稻纯种提供温湿度稳定、构建成本低的温室环境。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型所提出的技术方案为:全下沉式育种室,包括呈北高南低坡形的透光顶面、四面导热墙面和一导热地面;该透光顶面与地表平齐,其上设置有通风口和新风机,四周设有排水槽;导热地面距地表5~6m;育种室内还设有调控室内温湿度的水帘。
进一步的,育种室沿山坡南坡斜面建立,其透光顶面沿坡面设置。
进一步的,所述透光顶面为钢化玻璃板,其下表面贴有一层覆膜。
进一步的,所述透光顶面下面设有可收放隔热网膜。
进一步的,所述水帘设置于东墙和西墙上,包括导水管、水帘网和回水槽,水帘网后面的墙壁上设置有冷风扇;导水管上设置有细密的喷水孔。
进一步的,所述水帘的水源为深20~30m的地下水。
优选的,所述导热墙面和地面均为喷砂处理的导热陶土壁面,其厚度在4~6cm之间。
进一步的,所述育种室内还设置有地源热泵。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型的育种室采用全下沉式,地下温度比较稳定,同时采用导热性能良好的陶土构建室内墙壁,利于导热散热;再次采用内循环水帘降温,使用地下水冷却,加上新风机随时调节育种室内的温湿度,还有地源热泵调节室内温度,有助于使育种室保持在恒温恒湿的状态,为种子培育提供优良的环境,而且能耗小;全下沉式构建,省去钢材等材料,降低了构建成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如图1所示为本实用新型的全下沉式育种室结构示意图,包括呈北高南低坡形的透光顶面1、四面导热墙面和一导热地面,如可由导热性良好的陶土建成;该透光顶面1可与地表成30°角,其上设置有通风口和新风机2,四周设有排水槽3;导热地面距地表5~6m;育种室内还设有调控室内温湿度的水帘4。优选的,育种室可沿山坡南坡斜面建立,其透光顶面1沿坡面设置,与坡面地表平齐,以保证最大的采光量。山坡最好是北高南低、西高东低的地势,既能保证最大的采光量,冬天又能减少西北方向寒风的侵袭。全下沉式在地表3m以下,优选的,可在5~6m之间,各墙面均为采用喷砂处理的导热陶土壁面,其厚度在4~6cm之间,导热性良好,平均温差可比地表环境温度低5℃左右。
其中,透光顶面1可采用钢化玻璃,其下表面还可贴一层隔热覆膜,阻隔阳光中大部分的红外线,以降低育种室内温度。钢化玻璃下面还设置有一可收放隔热网膜5,由控制中心根据室内温度条件自动启动电机收放该隔热网膜5,可进一步阻隔外部热气,降低育种室内温度。
水帘4设置于东墙和西墙上,包括导水管401、水帘网403和回水槽404,水帘网403后面的墙壁上设置有冷风扇405;导水管401上设置有细密的喷水孔402。水帘4的水源为深20~30m的地下水,由一水泵输送到导水管401,水由喷水孔402喷洒出后沿水帘网403落下,再由冷风扇405进行直接降温;回水落入回水槽404再循环利用,形成一内循环水帘降温系统。墙壁上的冷风扇405吹动水帘,使雾化的水汽更快更均匀的散步到整个育种室,以更快更充分的调节室内的温湿度。东西两墙面均设置水帘4,在刚启动水帘降温时育种室内不至于因为两端温差太大而形成较大的对流,形成有效的冷气对流。控制中心可根据育种室内的温湿度环境需要自动启闭水泵,以启动或关闭该内循环水帘降温系统。该内循环水冷降温系统耗电量小,直接利用地下水,降温效果显著,可达到8~10℃的降温效果。
室内还设置有地源热泵,充分利用地热能调节育种室内的温度,比普通风冷可节能约50%。
该育种室采用全下沉式,内循环水帘降温系统和地源热泵等多级降温,以最小的能源消耗达到最好的降温效果,以满足种子培育过程中对环境温湿度的高要求。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本实用新型,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本实用新型的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上对本实用新型做出的各种变化,均为本实用新型的保护范围。

1.全下沉式育种室,其特征在于:包括呈北高南低坡形的透光顶面、四面导热墙面和一导热地面;该透光顶面与地表平齐,其上设置有通风口和新风机,四周设有排水槽;导热地面距地表5~6m;育种室内还设有调控室内温湿度的水帘。
2.如权利要求1所述的全下沉式育种室,其特征在于:育种室沿山坡南坡斜面建立,其透光顶面沿坡面设置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的全下沉式育种室,其特征在于:所述透光顶面为钢化玻璃板,其下表面贴有一层覆膜。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的全下沉式育种室,其特征在于:所述透光顶面下面设有可收放隔热网膜。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的全下沉式育种室,其特征在于:所述水帘设置于东墙和西墙上,包括导水管、水帘网和回水槽,水帘网后面的墙壁上设置有冷风扇;导水管上设置有细密的喷水孔。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的全下沉式育种室,其特征在于:所述导热墙面和地面均为喷砂处理的导热陶土壁面,其厚度在4~6cm之间。
