一种用于动车组电气连接器的电缆密封结构，包括通过紧固螺栓紧固的电缆夹座和电缆插头，电缆从电缆插头中引出，穿过电缆夹座，所述电缆插头的连接端面上开设带端面的内孔，电缆夹座的连接端面上对应开设有带端面的内孔，电缆夹座端部插入电缆插头的内孔中，在电缆夹座的内孔内表面与电缆之间设置带一定压缩量的密封套。
作为优选，所述密封套采用硅橡胶制成。

如图1所示，一种用于动车组电气连接器的电缆密封结构，包括通过紧固螺栓5紧固的电缆夹座3和电缆插头1，电缆4从电缆插头1中引出，穿过电缆夹座3，所述电缆插头1的连接端面上开设带端面的内孔，电缆夹座3的连接端面上对应开设有带端面的内孔，电缆夹座3端部插入电缆插头1的内孔中，在电缆夹座3的内孔内表面与电缆1之间设置带一定压缩量的密封套2。所述密封套2采用硅橡胶制成。
使用时，由于密封套2具有设计好的压缩量，因此使得电缆夹座3的端部外壁与电缆插头1的内孔内壁之间紧密贴合，并且同时对电缆4压紧，从而实现可靠的密封效果。
