技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种低压铁芯滤波电抗器,属于电力系统的电抗器领域。 
背景技术
目前,低压电网中大量整流、变流、变频装置等谐波源,其产生的高次谐波会严重危害主变及系统中其它电器设备的安全运行。滤波电抗器与电容器相串联后,不但能有效地吸收电网谐波,而且提高了系统的功率因数,对于系统的安全运行起到了较大的作用。 
在电抗器的制作过程中,用于夹板和矽钢片固定的螺杆会和铁芯之间形成磁回路,这样会导致电抗器发热,严重的会损坏电抗器。通常的解决方案是在螺杆和铁芯的接触点加环氧板和其他绝缘材料,这种做法可以防止形成磁回路,但操作繁琐,且在实际使用中高温会加速绝缘老化,形成磁回路,造成电抗器的损坏。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,简化操作工艺,提供一种能有效地防止螺杆和铁芯形成磁回路的低压铁芯滤波电抗器。 
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:一种低压铁芯滤波电抗器,包括上夹板、下夹板、由矽钢片制成的铁轭通过螺杆和螺母固定连接构成的铁芯、线圈骨架和绕制在线圈骨架外面的线圈,铁轭在上夹板和下夹板之间,线圈骨架套在铁芯上,螺杆上套装有绝缘套管。 
进一步,矽钢片采用冷轧硅钢片。 
采用了上述技术方案后,低压铁芯滤波电抗器在实际使用过程中和电容器串联,能有效吸收谐波电流,改善电网质量,限制合闸涌流和操作过电压。隔断了螺杆和夹板、矽钢片,从而防止了螺杆和铁芯形成磁回路,避免电抗器非正常损坏。操作工艺也得到了简化,缩短了生产时间,降低了生产成本。

如图1所示,一种低压铁芯滤波电抗器,包括上夹板1、下夹板2、由矽钢片制成的铁轭通过螺杆4和螺母5固定连接构成的铁芯3、线圈骨架和绕制在线圈骨架外面的线圈,铁轭在上夹板1和下夹板2之间,线圈骨架套在铁芯3上,螺杆4上套装有绝缘套管6。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:电抗器铁芯3采用优质冷轧硅钢片,低损耗,低发热,高线性,在实际使用过程中和电容器串联,能有效吸收谐波电流,改善电网质量,限制合闸涌流和操作过电压。在螺杆中套装有绝缘套管6,隔断螺杆4和铁芯3形成磁回路。

1.一种低压铁芯滤波电抗器,包括上夹板(1)、下夹板(2)、由矽钢片制成的铁轭通过螺杆(4)和螺母(5)固定连接构成的铁芯(3)、线圈骨架和绕制在线圈骨架外面的线圈,铁轭在上夹板(1)和下夹板(2)之间,线圈骨架套在铁芯(3)上,其特征在于:螺杆(4)上套装有绝缘套管(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低压铁芯滤波电抗器,其特征在于:所述的矽钢片采用冷轧硅钢片。
