背景技术
电缆被用作电器仪表和自动化控制系统的信号传输线,其应用场景很广,包括石油、化工、发电、冶金等工矿企业,包括在高温、低温和酸、碱、油、水及腐蚀气体的恶劣环境中,因此对电缆的性能要求很高,现有电缆不满足高温防腐的要求,亟待改进。

本实用新型提供一种高温防腐特种电力电缆,具有良好的高温防腐性能。 
本实用新型通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出一种高温防腐特种电力电缆,包括由填充层包裹的多组线芯,所述线芯由绝缘层包裹导体而成,所述填充层外包裹屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层外包裹内护套,所述内护套外包裹铠装层,所述铠装层外包裹外护套,所述屏蔽层采用铜丝编织而成,所述铠装层采用细钢丝平行缠绕内护套而成,所述绝缘层采用F46制成,所述内护套与所述外护套采用硅橡胶制成。 
基于以上技术方案的公开,本实用新型具有如下有益效果: 
本实用新型采用F46制成绝缘层,采用硅橡胶制成内护套以及外护套,使得本实用新型具备良好的高温防腐性能以及屏蔽性能,同时,本实用新型可有效防止铠装层对电缆本体造成伤害。

本实用新型提出一种高温防腐特种电力电缆,包括由填充层3包裹的多组线芯,线芯由绝缘层2包裹导体1而成,填充层3外包裹屏蔽层4,屏蔽层4外包裹内护套5,内护套5外包裹铠装层6,铠装层6外包裹外护套7,屏蔽层4采用铜丝编织而成,铠装层6采用细钢丝平行缠绕内护套5而成,绝缘层2采用F46制成,内护套5与外护套7采用硅橡胶制成。

1.一种高温防腐特种电力电缆,其特征在于,包括由填充层包裹的多组线芯,所述线芯由绝缘层包裹导体而成,所述填充层外包裹屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层外包裹内护套,所述内护套外包裹铠装层,所述铠装层外包裹外护套,所述屏蔽层采用铜丝编织而成,所述铠装层采用细钢丝平行缠绕内护套而成,所述绝缘层采用F46制成,所述内护套与所述外护套采用硅橡胶制成。
